A nice surprise

Waste Pipe Leak I called 3 contractors to get their quotes and feedback. One didn't show and the other competitor ended up being 4 times the cost!!!!! Although R…R….. was friendly and knowledgeable, my jaw hit the floor when they gave me the quote from their 100 page price book. When Carlos came over he was really friendly, honest, and when he gave me a quote I was pleasantly surprised. Before he did any work, I made sure to review everything the previous plumber told me to ensure I was comparing apples to apples. After the job was complete, we chatted for a while, as he was a very friendly guy. Overall a great experience and he answered a bunch of questions I had about work I want done in the future. I will definitely call Zoom Plumbing again!

A Great Plumbing Company!

I called Zoom Plumbing and Tom came out. He analyzed and fixed a problem of long-standing, which another company could not figure out. Zoom Plumbing will be the only one to handle any and all of my plumbing problems in the future. Very professional and prompt--absolutely great company. Brenda Clarke in Sandy Springs.

The Only PLumber for me

While showering this morning the water level in the tub began to rise. And rise. And rise. But it wasn't just the tub, the sinks in both the bathrooms and kitchen were also backing up. Not good. We tried to plunge and clear it but the water would not go down. We're new at being homeowners and didn't know exactly who to turn to. When we read the recommendations of Zoom Plumbing’s customers on citysearchwe made the call. We're really glad we did. They fit us in really quickly - they were at the house within an hour of our call - to accommodate our availability (it was either now or we go without water for 24 hours, not so easy with a one-year-old child. They came over, snaked it all and cleared it all out very quickly and cleaned up completely after the job. The plumber also pointed out a drain in the front of the house that needed to be attended to, taking the time to put the camera in to show us the issue for ourselves. He explained our options and let us know the cost of the repair. We're very pleased overall with the professionalism of this company and won't need to look any further for any future plumbing needs. Great Plumbers in an emergency!!

Our neighbor told us to check out, zoomplumbingatlanta dot combefore we called any plumber in Atlanta. After seeing there positive reviews online there really wasn’t any other choice. The technicians arrived right on time, they worked quickly and efficiently, and had our bathtub working again in about half an hour. They were even careful to knock quietly when they arrived after seeing baby toys in our living room! While fixing the tub the technicians realized our toilet was also running slow. “YES YOU CAN!” You can definitely rely on Zoom Plumbing!

On Thursday afternoon Tom from Zoom Plumbing showed up right on time to look at a clogging problem on our second floor bathtub. Although he snaked out huge chunks of hair that had accumulated in the pipe over the years, the drainage strangely didn’t improve much. So, he came back later that evening with his co-worker and camera to investigate the main source of the problem. Soon we found out. Our 60 year-old house’s clay sewer pipe under the basement had been invaded by tree roots. This meant having to break the tiles and the concrete in the basement and replace the clay pipe with a new PVC pipe. Naturally, we were distressed having to face a rather serious problem, and anticipating all the things that could go wrong during the process of fixing it. In the following 5 days, however. I had confirmed why a good service company could make a big difference in one’s life. All of the Zoom Plumbing guys were punctual, professional and never wasted time. The workmanship was excellent. I recommend the Zoom Plumbing Company, especially Tom, because he is so passionate about his job and tries to make you happy. You can definitely rely on his prompt and efficient service. I had seen Zoom Plumbing trucks in our neighborhood several times but had been using a family friend for a long time. Well, one day we had a "Bathroom Backup" and he was not available. So we gave Zoom a call. Lets just say, I’m never going back. Tom Connolly must pick the kindest and most caring people you could ever met. They were so polite and very careful about your home. They covered the entire work area with drop cloths and still wore shoe covers after I told then it wasn’t necessary They got straight to work and had the problem fixed, and, after, answering some questions about preventing this kind of issue were back on there way down the road. Zoom Plumbing came highly recommended by a co-worker. They deserve more than 5 stars, We couldn’t use any of our toilets, it was a real emergency to me; We have 3 kids and an elderly person at home so we had to get the toilets working as soon as possible. I called Zoom Plumbing and Tom showed up within 45 minutes. He quickly started to work and was able to open the drain line enough to get the drains flowing. His price, ($99:95) was less than half of Roto Rooter and other companies prices in our area. Thanks again Tom. I will recommend your company to friends and neighbors. ( Fuzzy in SandySprings)
