Amazing Service and Great Therapists!

Spa like environment without the spa prices! I had the best massage at Massage Heights. Not only was the retreat beautiful, but the service was great, the staff was so friendly, and the therapist was so "in tune" to what I needed. You have to visit Massage Heights for yourself to experience the serene atmosphere and attentive staff. Try the hot stone therapy, it's awesome!

WHAT A WONDERFUL TIME THAT I HAD AT THIS REMARKABLE PLACE,FIRST LET ME SAY WHEN YOU FIRST ENTER IN YOUR GREETED WITH SMILES AND THE WARMTH OF RELAXATION,I HAD GOTTEN A COUPON IN THE MAIL FOR AN 1HOUR MASSAGE FOLLOW BY A FREE FOOT SCRUB,MY THERAPIST NEADRA WHO I HAD, WAS VERY FULL OF JOY,HER MASSAGE WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD.SHE EVEN USE HOT TOWELS,HER ELEVATIONS WERE SO RELAXING.AT THE END OF IT ALL I WASNT EVEN READY TO GO,SO I SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP TO GO BACK......SO THIS I MUST SAY IS THE BEST PLACE FOR SOME R&R....

Wonferful experience

Recieved a flyer in mail for a great rate of 59.99 for a 90 min massage with hot stone therapy. I couldnt refuse this offer so I thought I'd try it out. The front desk was very friendly and courteous and the massage was amazing. I continue to seek massages every month at a GREAT rate and love the massage therapists. I would recommend Massage Heights to anyone who is looking for a WOnderful Experience with a lovely environment.

Relaxing to body and wallet

I had a great experience at this spa. The staff was great and the massage was wonderful. I am so happy to have found this diamond in the rough. The therapist was very intuitive and the managing staff was fantastic especially when I had to change my appointments around. Two thumbs up all the way around :o)

Wonderful Service

My experience here was fantastic from the moment i walked in! The front desk staff is delightful and very warm and friendly. The therapists are stellar and have tons of experience, not only are they great but they took the time to inform of things i can do on my own! I'm so greatful for this diamond in the ruff i found in sandy springs! I look forward to my visits every week!

Great Place Friendly Staff Good Massage

I had a great experience at Massage Heights. I was seen on time for my massage and my therapist was one of the best I've ever had. The rates are really affordable and the center is beautiful inside. I'm glad I work near this place, so I can go there on a regular basis. I got free aromatherapy and an upgrade to the hot stone stone therapy (which was my first time getting that) and it was very nice.

Here is a great place to go for a good massage and friendly and experienced therapist. Love it!

Horrible Customer Service-Get what you pay for!!!

I had a one hour massage scheduled for 6PM with the lead therapist. I was picked up at 6:10 PM although my appt. time was 6PM and the massage was over at minutes to 7 PM. The massage was supposed to be a complete hour.

I got 50 minutes of mediocre massage techniques. Overall I feel as though did not get my money's worth. I get massages two to three times a month, so I know a good massage from a bad one. After the experience, I left a tip and my girlfriend and I left the facility however I remained upset the remainder of the evening.

I contacted the managing director, Franchesca and explained my concerns with the massage. After going back and forth with her for approximately 10 minutes she finally scheduled a one hour massage for myself. I am disappointed because two days later, she called me back and said my complaint was not strong enough to grant me anything more than a complimentary 30 min massage. Not only was she abrasive in her conversation, she made me feel like she had no concern for my complaint and she was entirely too rude for me to want to give further business to this location.

After calling corporate, they said they could only have the owner call me. The sorry excuse for an owner of that location called me (a week later) an told me he wouldn't refund my money. So your best bet is to find somewhere else to get a cheap massage, I guess I got what I paid for.
