Worst Service Ever - Don't bring your kids.

I have never bothered to write a restaurant, good or bad, but my experience was so bad I thought I should share to help other people avoid this place. I went with my two kids for lunch on a weekday. We got there at 11:30 and there were only 2 or 3 other tables full. A rude server came and asked my drink order, although she never brought it. I had to flag down another server to take my order. She actually brought my drinks but that was it. We ordered two slices of pizza, an easy order I would think. 30 minutes later, sitting with my empty drink and a hungry child I noticed that food was being delivered to people that came in after me. I again flagged my server and asked her about it, she pretended that it was the kitchen that messed it up and went off to check. She came back, about 10 minutes later and asked what I had ordered. I gave her my order again and she went to put it in. Another ten minutes later she came by to tell me my order was almost ready (2 pieces of pizza!). Finally an hour after after we arrived our food came. Both slices had the wrong toppings and had so much cheese that we could not even pick them up. And the slices of fruit that are described with the kids meal is actually nearly frozen canned sugar fruit. We had to ask for our check and when presented, we got $1 off our $15 order for the inconvenience. Thanks! I would never return to this place and would suggest that you not go here with kids, unless you have the type that can wait an hour to eat.

Mediocre Food, Ok Service, Seemed Dirty

Perhaps what I ordered made my experience worse than others. I ordered the Sausage and Peppers Sub, It had raw onions and raw peppers and the sausage was not tasty...If you have to eat there go for the pizza, which seemed better at least.

No No No

I'm 27 year Roswell veteran. I have to say that the ownership of Diesel is wasting a really great space. Tried the "restaurant" during slow lunch hours during the week. The waitstaff acted highly uninterested in waiting tables. Drinks didn't get there on time and pizza took forever. Flavor was a notch above cardboard. Not even on par with the many local chain pizza offerings around Atlanta. Not even on par with the flavor of a good grocery store pizza(not kidding). Had to then flag someone down for a check after 20 minutes of no refills and no service. Whomever was in charge of hiring must be blind or dumb. These are the kind of run down women that one expects at a dive bar, but they are just too depressing and incompetent to be given a job in a restaurant serving food in the daytime. The pizza is smaller than most and quite bland. I don't know when the owner came to Roswell, but he or she should make like a tree and leaf. Not a worthy addition to the neighborhood.

Bad food, bad service

We live here in historic Roswell and so wanted to enjoy this place since we can walk to it. We have tried three times to eat here and all three have been horrible. The food we had this weekend was so gross we both had upset stomachs after. Bad service, they obviously don't care about their customers. Wish it would have been better, but there are far to many other great places to choose from here.

A turn off

I had their white pizza and there was far too much prosciutto. I drank maybe 3 pints of water in a sitting because it was so salty.

The veggie pizza looks like a digiorno's pizza- not good.

To shed some light, the crust was not so bad.

Love Diesel!

Diesel has a delicious lineup of salads, sandwiches, and pizzas (my favorite!). I've been on Friday night twice, and there has been live music and lots and lots of people eating outside. Recommend!

Love this Place!

Diesel is a great little restaurant that my husband and I always choose whenever we can get a babysitter for the little ones. Their greek salad is absolutely amazing, and we've tried several of their very tasty pizzas. There's a nice little bar with tvs for my husband to watch sports and plenty of fun outdoor seating. Best of all, the place is so friendly and fun that there are many families eating there whenever we come out. Highly Recommend!

Good Gourmet Pizza

I've been getting pizza from diesel every other week, the selection of heal conscious pizza is great (though I prefer fatty no healthy food) When they are busy, you need to give yourself enough time, since they are not all that fast, but the quality of the food is well worth the wait. So, I have been ordering as a to go pizza, it's usually ready in 15-20 minutes. One of my favorite pizza is there 4 cheese pizza (Brie, Goat cheese, parmissan, mozzarella) but have been asking them not to sprinkle oregano, since I like to enjoy the flavor of the cheese. Carb Loading appetizer is fun, 3 tasty olive oil flavors served with lot's of bread.

• Pros: Just around the corner
• Cons: service a bit slow when busy

after ordering food and drinks one drink made it to the table and after a 30 minute wait there was no appetizer brought out that was ordered or the other drink

this is by far the worst service I have ever encountered

This is the only place I go for pizza! The atmosphere and staff make it a place worth trying! The salads are huge and the pizza crust is just right

Should Have Stayed A Gas Station Was Right!

Lousy service. The only good service they know how to give is lip service. Called to verify they were open, packed up family and drove there only to find them closing. Owner was rude and obnoxious and didn't care (I believe he trains the wait staff). A real contrast to the kissing he did when we were in the restaurant previously. Our experience was burnt pizza or soggy pizza. Kind of pricey for the food quality. We will not go back.
