FOUR employees (including a manager) ignore customers and laugh about it?

Long term customer of U.O., Anthropologie, and Free people who has spent MEGA bucks with this chain. Started shopping at U.O. when I lived in NYC and there was only 1 store on 6th ave.

But the store on Ponce...

1st female employee in the dressing room I ask a question, she offers to find the answer, never returns.

In the dressing room, cold, I try on a bra that doesn't fit. No noise at all in the empty area for a long span so I finally call out, guy answers. I ask for the "bra with the birds on it". Bras are RIGHT BY the fitting room. There are less than a dozen types, only ONE of which has BIRDS on it. The guy mumbles about how he doesn't know which. I open the door and hold it out - he's ALREADY GONE!!!

Ok, maybe he's finding someone to look... Maybe he'll be back in a few... Never mind I'm stripped from the waist up, cold, waiting to try on a bra...

TEN MINUTES later I reach into my purse, get out my cell, and actually CALL THE STORE. I say to the young girl who answers that I'm in the dressing room and ignored by TWO EMPLOYEES already and to send a manager. She says of course, right away. NO ONE EVER COMES!!!

I finally snap, start yelling my head off from inside the room, and abracadabra, a male employee magically appears! He manages to find the bird bra by description alone within seconds - magic! At this point, I am too fed up to buy anything and storm out toward the front counter. The manager who I requested over the phone who never bothered to come, where is she, you ask? Swamped with customers? No, calmly folding some things and waiting on NO ONE. When I asked her HOW not one but FOUR people consciously chose to ignore me during my visit, she gave me some fake excuse with a snide "too cool" grin.

U.O. - your version of "cool" is canned. I'll still be shopping - just elsewhere - when the tattoos and piercings have aged to look dated but humiliatingly permanent.
