I LOVE my shoes. With a passion some might consider extreme. What can I say? Storing them in identical clear shoe boxes (go to The Container Store!) is the only way to care for your pretties. And the chicest shoe store around these days is Victoria's Red Carpet - a little spot of heaven for those who take their footwear wardrobe seriously. Nestled in the Taco Stand shopping center on Roswell Rd., just north of the Roxy, Victoria Paton Pascual has brought a splash of her native Spain to our fair city. She only stocks Spanish-made designs and labels and only offers a few sizes of each shoe, guaranteeing yours will be one of a kind at the next cocktail party. Average prices are right around $200, and Victoria herself carefully picks the styles she offers. Also there for your aesthetic pleasure? Handmade jewelry and gorgeous clutches you won't find stateside. The sleek red walls and shelves beckon you to get your shop on and Victoria's graciousness will make this a favorite spot in no time. Stay tuned . . . this fall she'll be introducing her own line of shoes to round out her collection! I can't wait!
