I agree with Katgar, my experience with this gym has been great. The staff keeps the gym spotless and the equipment is really nice. If I had to rate the gym's staff in comparison to others, I would have to say they are very friendly and they even call me by my first name when I walk into the door. They offer tanning too - great for the white winters! :)

My fiancee and I joined this gym about 2 months ago. We LOVE it! I saw an earlier review that said the staff was rude. That is odd to me as I have never experienced that at any time, and we go 5 times a week. When we used our "week free pass" before deciding to join, we were never "harassed" by the staff which makes me wonder if that was mistaken as rudeness or aloofness. I would much rather be able to look around on my own, try out the equipment to see if I like it etc. than having someone follow me around and drive me nuts "coercing ' me to join. The staff has always been outstanding and incredibly polite. This gym is also EXTREMELY clean which is very important to me as well. I love the fact that it is an environment where I am getting to know other neighbors and people who have joined. It doesn't feel like the other gyms I have been members of in the past, where I felt like no one knew me or cared (and they didn't). The owner and everyone else there knows me by name and they make me feel welcome. The rates are great and there is no contract. I can not say enough nice things about the gym!

My wife and I just rode by there this evening because we're looking for a gym in the neighborhood. We saw people inside and wanted to get some information on the gym. We knocked on the door and the staff person who opened it made it clear to us that the office closes at 8 (it was 8:30) and rudely explained that we needed to come back tomorrow if we needed some information. When we asked for a pamphlet, he pointed to the tray next to the door and again rudely explained that we needed to come back tomorrow if we wanted more info. For a gym looking for new members in the neighborhood, this didn't seem like a good way to treat potential customers. We won't be joining and If anyone asks about the gym, I'm going to tell them about my experience.

I just joined this gym a couple weeks ago and I really like it. The location is great and there is tons of parking. It is open 24/7, which makes it perfect for my workouts on Sunday evening. The trainers are great and they have a bootcamp. The enrollment was only $49.95 and the monthly fee is only $34.95 - just within my budget.

Pros: great location, clean, 24/7, parking, tons of free weights and cardio

I have finally found a gym that I love! I live close to downtown Decatur, but I can still bike to it. I love the fact that it's open 24/7 and that it's never crowded! Tons of cardio equipment and all the free weights/machines that you would ever need. I didn't have to pay an enrollment fee and they gave me a free consultation with the personal trainer. Plus, the monthly membership fee is so low for such a great facility! You gotta check this place out:)

This gym is great! I live in Downtown Decatur and it is literally 3 minutes from my house. The cardio and weight equipment is awesome, and there are never lines to get onto the equipment. The dues are better than any in the city, $34.95 per month for a single month-to-month, and they have no contracts - plus there was no enrollment fee!! Thanks for opening, guys!!

Snap fitness is a new gym right in the middle of Oakhurst. Best thing about it is the fact that it is 24 hours. There is no traffic getting there too and it has great parking. The equipment is state-of-the-art and it is really one of the cleanest gyms I have been in. The gym just opened and everyone still calls me by my first name. It has a great personal touch. I decided to hire a trainer, Kevin. My workouts have never been better. And compared to most gyms, I feels the sessions are affordable and I still get my money's worth. Overall, it is a gem.
