My experience at this salon was the most discussing experience I have ever had. The minute I walked in. There was no one at the desk to greet me. When I did get greeted the lady act like she had a bad day. I signed in and waited. I felt really uncomfortable, I was not use to this type of environment where I didn't feel at ease. The workers just stared at me like i had something on my face. I was taken to the back room where I felt so closed in like I was in a closet. It was so dirty and stuff was everywhere. It was too small for what they was trying to make it out of but I didn't say a word I continue to get hair done. I got a perm. When my stylist got me to the bowl the water was so cold and it felt like it was stiff and stuck in my scalp. Even though she say she got it all out. My hair still felt like it was in there. I have never got my perm rinsed out with cold water. I was sooooo mad. You would think the way the salon look that wouldn't happen especially with the prices they charge. My stylist addressed the owner about the water and the owner seem like she was mad because she said something. It was time for me to check out and again no receptionist at the front. The owner looked up at me and still left me standing for about 5 mins. I was never told I was being charged 3.00 to run my card. If its suppose to be an upscale salon then it suppose to be convience for the clients and they are being too greedy charging clients $3.00 to run their card. They probably didn't give my stylist the tip I left. I did not like the vibe there at all! Its not like it was real buzy in there for the wait I had. I will spread the word about this salon.

I have been a client of the owner of Nubiance Salon and Spa for over 17 yrs. I have only received top notch quality service. Vicki has a way of making all of her clients feel special, either by way of her winning personality, her wonderful smile, and above all her confidence and expertise as a master stylist will leave you at ease once you get in her chair. Vicki knows what will work best for you. Vicki always sends all of her clients out with a smile after service has been rendered. She goes above and beyond for each one of her clients...again I have been going to this awesome person as well as my daughter for over 17 yrs. She is always willing to accomodate me if needed. The friendly and professional service that Nubiance provides will always have you looking forward to your next visit.
Pros: Ambience Great, Amble parking.
