After submitting a tutoring request on their website, received a phone call the same day. The Associate Director asked for more information about my daughter's learning style, and then matched us up with a tutor, who called us the next day. My daughter received three weeks of tutoring for the SSAT. We were very pleased with the tutor, who made the effort to tailor her teaching to my daughter's particular needs, and we are quite happy with the outcome--definitely a better score than if we had not used a tutor. The business is run by two families. They are very personable and seem genuinely eager to help.
