I had a problem with one of my tires and my insurance company sent Perfect TIming out to tow my car home. Well, the driver got there 2 and a half hours later and no one had the decency to call me to tell me they were running behind. The driver (KB) held a phone conversation the entire time I was in the truck which I found especially rude and discourteous. This happened at night and the car seemed fine until the next morning I woke up and found transmission fluid leaking from my car!!! I am trying to get the issue rectified but the owner's attitude is so nasty and they won't take ownership of the problem they created. I'm telling you, avoid this company like the plague!!!
Pros: NONE!!!
Cons: Extremely rude!!
