My husband I go to the Albert a lot since it's in the neighborhood. We've been on weekend nights, weekday nights, lunch and Sunday nights. The food is always good. It seems like they're still trying a few things out. The pasta salad is great even though they keep changing it slightly. I saw a few people give the burger a bad review. We've always thought the burger was good, and we're picky burger people. Mine was overcooked once, but other than that, it's consistently good. The crabcake sandwich is my favorite...BY FAR. It is spicy and delicious. The atmosphere is great, but it does get a little crowded after 9 on the weekends. The service is usually good. Last time we were there, the service got bad by the end of our visit. But, I think that was because the person was training. Friday night is not a good night to train new staff. All in all, this is a great spot to wind down after a long week. One more thing....PLEASE PUT PAULANER BACK ON DRAUGHT!!
