I worked with one of Cafe' Physique's registered dietitians and lost 25 lbs in 3 months! The diet consisted of foods that I enjoyed eating at a calorie level that's right for me. I started losing weight and inches in the first week and once I added in the personal training, I lost even more weight. Cafe' Physique is a great alternative to going to the gym. Their trainers are really knowledgable and the registered dietitian I worked with had a Master's degree in nutrition. You can't get that at a gym!
