I came across Cafe Physique when looking for a trainer to get more from my personal workouts After stopping by to chat with Amber (owner), I was highly impressed with the concept and felt it was the answer to my needs. Amber guaranteed that she has great success in matching up clients and trainers...she did not disappoint. I'm training with Kevin Steele and I could not ask for a better or more motivating trainer. He is highly intune to my needs, challenges my body to do out of the box workouts and makes the most of each session we have together. FANTASTIC! It's a great escape to have my training sessions in the comfortable studio but the in-home training sessions they offer is a great service as well. Cafe Physique really does offer a one stop shop for being a healthier version of yourself....training, boot camps, pilates, yoga, nutrional assistence. To top it off, all these services are offered at prices that I think are as good if not better than you can find elsewhere in Atlanta!
Pros: Personalized service, cost, location, in home training, variety of training options, professional staff
