Better sushi rolls at the Kroger

by kelly26

Wow, I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said. If it's too good to be true, then it probably is. Most popular rolls??? Yeah when you make them right! I'm going to have to agree with pussypussy (nice!) SPICEY ROTTEN FISH PASTE WITH TOO MUCH RICE. Neat place though, I'll make sure to look for Lexi's job on craigslist.

  • Pros: Neat decor, super nice staff
  • Cons: worst sushi I ever had in my life

What a Joke

by nickelbag22

This slimehole blows donkey nutz. I can't believe I drove all the way to this jackshack for dinner. What kind of restaurant has $20 pork shoulder on the menu next to $10 sushi rolls. At RuSans, you can order like twenty pounds of sushi and only pay $30. This crackjob joint tried to throw twelve pieces of trashy a$$ weak stinky garbage on a plate and call it a good deal. Don't pi$$ on my shoes and tell me it's raining. I thought I might wanna cum bak to try the other stuff on the menu, but after that god awful sushi on all you can eat night, I sed hellz gnaw. This place is a shizzledy sham. Looks great. Everybody's smilin', but the freakin food is rat paradise. Get over this swinefest. RuSans kix yallz frickin arses. Suck it.

Sushi night

by lexy1988

I also dined at Room at Twelve on sushi night just like PUSSYPUSSYMARIJUANA- nice name by the way.

The sushi was good. The presentation could be better, but if you think about it they are pumping out hundreds of rolls. Maybe there is not a lot of love put into it as normal evenings, but the deal is great. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is fabulous. I recommend the all you can eat sushi!! The rolls they offer are the most popular rolls too. AS far as the sake-ASK FOR IT WARM AND THEY WILL HEAT IT UP!

Always try things for yourself.

I will be back to Room!!

Funny, I'm not the only one who got jacked here

by pussypussymarijuana

So you're looking for some deals on Yahoo? You see this $15 all you can eat and drink sushi and saki at Room at Twelve and think to yourself, "Hey the economy is bad and this nice restaurant is doing this special to get some new people through the door and hopefully get them hooked." But what is really going on here, is that the economy is still bad and their sushi menu is worse. So when the fresh fish that Room at Twelve buys for sushi doesn't sell and is about to go bad, they have a "special " to charge you $15 to consume their trash. This is evidenced by the poor choice of spicy tuna, spicy salmon, California, and Eel rolls that are available. They take all thier about to go bad fish and chop it up into little bits like cat food and put all this spiciness on it to cover up the gamey old fish taste. They wrap this minimal amount of spicy fish paste in the typical all you can eat heaping mound of rice that you would expect and offer you the option to have them fry this to further mask what they've just shanked you with. We were betting it would be a sham coming into the place but figured we could drink our money back in sake but that comes out cold, in the same carafe that hotel room service would serve you coffee creamer, with some .99 cent champagne flutes to drink it out of. We tried. But we didn't finish the sushi or the sake, tipped that poor waiter and left to get sushi from a REAL sushi bar. I don't suppose Room has to worry about repeat business being located in the bottom of a hotel in the Atlanta tourist and convention epicenter. But if the GM of Room reads this, which I bet he will, as he probably wrote all the good reviews on Room on Citysearch, I'd like to offer him 1 peice of advice. THROW YOUR TRASH AWAY and use quality ingredients when you do a special to attract new customers and they might come back.

  • Pros: Nice staff, nice decor
  • Cons: high prices, small portions, poor selection, worse execution

Yahoo Tells Fat F*cking Lies

by aynussface

"$15.00 All You Can Eat sushi and sake," says Yahoo! local news feed. Sounds like a great way to grab some good food on the cheap. Except that on a Wednesday night, the traffic stinks on Ivan Allen Jr, in great part because of the numerous public transport buses that fight you in your trek during afterwork traffic, advancing one bus per green light. Good luck. Once you park, step into this expansive restaurant and be greeted by friendly staff. Sit at a beautiful table. Read the descriptive and delectable-sounding menu. Order the gosh-darn $15 All U Can Eat sushi?sake like Yahoo! local talked about. Get told by waiter that Spicy Tuna, Spicy Salmon, California & Eel rolls are your only four options. Get served cold sake in champagne glasses. Get huge plate of unstable & crumbling sushi roll slices after 20 minute wait. Drink cold sake. Eat crappy sushi. Decide that $15 a head for his can never be a good deal. The tables are set with chopsticks and napkins, which would lead you to believe that the sushi is paramount for marketing. Truth is, only 20% of the menu is sushi. And it sucks. We also ordered crab cakes from the regular menu. They came out in five minutes whereas the sushi took 20. They would've fit into a soup spoon. Our bill was nearly $50 after the torture had ended. Sister restaurants have better atmosphere, cuisine and ambiance. Hopefully, these owners will make some living off the idiots who live in the slumhole above this restaurant.

  • Pros: design, staff quality, menu variety
  • Cons: menu quality, pace, portions, traffic

Short Wait

by shidster

I thought that my wait would be long to eat, but it wasn't. I also had drinks at the bar, and the bar tender was very social, and the drinks were stiff.

I had the chicken, I can't remember the exact name, but I thought it was great.

Unique Cocktails

by yumyumrestaurants

Healthy cocktails are all the rage now, and Room has definitely capitalized on it! The Carrot Gingerini and Cucumber Mintini are so refreshing, and you can definitely taste the veggie freshness. The bartenders are really friendly and make sure each drink is made to perfection. Definitely a great place to bring your girlfriends for some healthy and delicious cocktails!

Simply outstanding!

by joh103

My husband and I have been to Lobby (which we enjoyed greatly) and were eager to try Room. We could not have been further from disappointed- it was one of the best meals we have ever eaten. We had both sushi and steak (petite filet) and both were off the charts. I was never a fan of sushi but after eating theirs, I've been craving it and am dying to go back.
