If you actually live in the city and are interested in MMA or cardio kickboxing classes, this gym is probably your best option in town. Monthly pricing is very competitive with other gyms in town - its the same, really. $90/month. This is a great deal for a gym and martial arts program.
Pros: Size, Full weight room, Convenient Hours, Great Staff, Clean
Cons: No Boxing Ring, No Speed Bags, It's not free
