Excellent!!

I am currently a student and was really struggling with math, so I went to Sean to see if hypno therapy would work for me. After the first session, I noticed that I was more relaxed anytime I went to class. I kept listening to the CD Sean recorded for me and I soon found math to be somewhat enjoyable. Needless to say, my grades improved and Sean REALLY helped me in this area. I would highly recommend him if you have an area you are struggling with.

Helpful for the longrun...

Sean's therapy program provides more than its initial session. He teaches you a new way to approach your problem and gives you the skills (and a really helpful DVD) to manage it yourself. I went to Sean for only one session to quit smoking around 3 months ago and have been cigarette free since. :) Thank you Sean, for giving me my lungs back. Since, I have been exercising and drinking lots of tea... and am in general better health and spirits. :) A highly recommended method for quitting for good.

NON SMOKER ! Thank you Sean

Two weeks prior to my session with Sean I tried "cold turkey" after 23 yrs of smokoing . Needless to say

, I smoked . I proved to myself that I could quit but that I could not do this alone. After one session with Sean I have not smoked . I ran the Strong legs 5k last Saturday and have lost 3 lbs so far without any cravings.

I am a firefighter and a scuba diver and look foreward to doing both with my new lungs. Imgine this A Tobbacco Company sent me a "Happy birthday " card yesterday and signed it "your friends". Think I'll send them Seans address and a few suggestions.

Very Compassionate...

I suffered from claustrophobia for about 25yrs. I had gone to doctors for help but they only wanted to put me on medication. After researching on the internet, I came across Sean's website. I was skeptical about hypnosis, but after reading Sean's site, I was convinced that he would be someone who could help me. After one session, I and my family noticed remarkable results.

I no longer dread taking flights, getting on an elevator, or riding in the back seat of a two-door car. These things used to paralyze my life, but now they are no longer an issue. Sean techniques are very methodical and the compassion and understanding he shows is very comforting. I would highly recommend Sean's services.

Really effective therapy

Sean has an easy, welcoming, and reassuring presence. He asked good questions to get to the heart of my goals. The sessions are relaxing and effective as are the tapes. My goals were to lose weight and exercise more. I have acheived both goals in a healthy time frame. I continue to listen to the tapes because as a result of doing so I have additionaly become more confident and relaxed. I highly recommend Sean as a hypnosis therapist.

Surprisingly hypnosis really helped me!

I am in sales, and was having trouble getting myself to make and answer many of my phone calls each day. For some reason I had started to experience a high level of anxiety around this part of my job. After only one session with Sean, the situation immediately improved! I highly recommend Sean Wheeler - I didn't really believe that this would help, and it worked anyway!

Give it a try... you will be happy that you did!!

I went to Sean in July of 2003, because I wanted to quit smoking. I smoked about a pack of cigarettes per day for 14 years, and tried EVERYTHING to quit... Zyban, patches, gum, cold turkey, etc. Even though I was reluctant to believe in hypnosis, I decided to give it a shot. Well, after only 2 sessions with Sean, I completely dropped the habit, and have not picked up a cigarette in over 4 years... nor do I want to! I feel great, and I am happy to have dropped that habit. Thanks Sean!!
