I know the apprehension that goes with diamond shopping. After hours of internet research, scattered note taking, quick trips to the mall, and empty Saturdays spent wandering aimlessly with the masses in the larger establishments (complete with rushed sales pitches - if any) ... you can't help but feel you are in over your head and in danger of making a regrettable investment (i.e. "settling" and "over paying"). I was pretty much resigned to believe that it was just part of the game. I was wrong.

An acquaintance suggested I try Ascot Diamonds. I cold called them on a weekday afternoon as I was driving over to visit (I suggest you make an appointment instead!). Nonetheless, Wanda Holt took my call and immediately provided a warm welcome with personalized service. I sat with her for a couple hours as her undivided patient attention brought clarity (pun somewhat intended) to all my previous research. Suddenly, I was comfortable enough to focus on the diamond and setting my fiancée and I would enjoy for life. (Believe me, every time you see that ring you want to feel good about it - take your time and go the extra mile). One more visit and I was able to confirm my decision. It was very satisfying to know that I picked out a brilliant diamond with a gorgeous setting that was a good value and more importantly that my fiancée would love.

The experience was so positive that when it was time to select wedding bands my fiancée and I immediately went to Wanda without giving any other jeweler a second thought! I looked forward to having her meet Wanda as I trusted we'd get another fair price, a couple of gorgeous wedding bands, and another wonderful experience. I was right.

Guys - Just go to Ascot Diamonds and ask for Wanda Holt. Its that simple!

I believe what separates Ascot Diamonds is their customer service. When I worked with Wanda, she made me feel at ease and that I was getting a great value for my money and a company that would backup their product. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Ascot Diamonds is absolutely amazing! They have great prices and the service is unbelievable. Being a private jeweler, the atmosphere in the store is quiet and very comfortable. I highly recommend them for all jewelry needs. After years of trying different jewelers to get my pearls strung correctly, I finally found a company full of experts. I am so happy!

I have been to numerous stores in Atlanta over the years and it is always the same old thing. Ascot Diamonds and it's staff completely remove themselves from the competition. It is a comfortable environment, the people are so knowledgeable and nice, and their selection, prices and uniqueness are unbeatable. I could not be more pleased with the quality and service. Top Quality in Product and Service

I stopped by to view a few pieces, not looking to purchase anything. While there, I began to speak about how I was soon to be looking at a new engagement setting that my husband would purchase for our 1 year anniversary. Without pressure, I was shown endless beautiful settings. Within minutes, I found the exact one I wanted and I knew there was no better fit. I had to have it now! I called my husband right away. What can I say, later that day I was wearing my new ring. Ascot Diamonds really made me sparkle!
