A day in hell

I received a gift certificate for Spa Bella Dia one year for Valentines Day and I loved it. So I made another appointment for my mother and I as a special mother daughter day that was so not the case. Before we went back I was asked for my credit card the girl ran it then said oh it didnt run and ran it again! So a few weeks later I get a statement and they had charged me 3 times for the one time visit it was over $1000 dollars worth of charges they had run! When i took my statement the owner said it was not her fault it was the credit card company! So i had the credit card company call her and let her know it was an error on her part and that she needed to fix. This woman actually called my house and harassed me for months after this wanting an apology for the way I acted about the entire situation. Shes crazy!

BEST Experience of my LIFE!

I have had several massages and facials before, but I must say, that I have found the BEST spa EVER!! I had a massage and facial by Jamie! She was absolutely AMAZING!! It could not have been more perfect! I didn't even have to leave the room. She kept me in the same room and it was more relaxing than anything I have ever experienced! I have never been able to stay in the same room for more than one service. It was very nice to not have to move! She has the BEST touch ever! She makes you feel so special! I also received a brow wax from her and my brows look more perfect than ever! She definitely is by far the BEST technician there! I definitely recommend her! The spa is incredible! Friendly service and a great gift shop! When I left I also received a long stem rose! I have never been treated so nice!

GREAT STAFF!

Bella Dia European Day Spa has a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere, I enjoyed myself thoroughly when I was there. I was able to unwind quickly. I have received many massages from Vandell and she is the absolute best. I highly recommend her to everyone she made me feel like a whole new woman! Also, the prices are very reasonable I'd say this is reason enough for you to stop by and give them a try. I'm sure you will be satisfied.

luxurious lashes!!

I received a full set of eyelash extensions from jenn and i love them!!!! i wake up in the morning and no longer hide my face from my boyfriend! my lashes are so beautiful and long i feel like a movie star!! i highly recommend that everyone try this out, the prices are amazing!! better than anywhere else!

Wonderful!

If you ever need to get a brow wax, make sure you ask for Olivia! She is the best!! She spends a lot of time with you and is consistent in her waxing. She is so sweet too!

I have also had several mani/pedi's here, and I will never go anywhere else again!

I had a facial and 2 massages and they were also great!

Excellent Massage

Nice atmosphere. I've had massages in Vail, Prague, New England, Vegas, Florida, California, and all points in between. In comparison, this spa was not over priced, not under serviced, and not pretentious. I was attended to by Lela who adjusted her methods to my needs without fuss or argument and who also kept the massage flow both effective and relaxing. I personally don't like to be bruised by a massage, and I don't like a touch so light that it feels more like a rub-down than a massage. Finding a place like this where you can get a real massage at a reasonable price and with little fuss is a great treat!

If you don't know what you want or have never had one before, ask for a medium Swedish massage.

BEST MASSAGE EVER!!!

My experience at Bella Dia was AMAZING!!!! Not only did I have the greatest massage by a young lady named Vandell, but the other members of the staff provided me with plenty of hospitality. Vandell even talked me into getting a very relaxing facial, after my massage, with Olivia. These two young ladies knew exactly how to treat their clients and I will definitely be going back soon!!!! (The spa also has a great gift shop and the most delicious smelling aromas in every area!!!)

Relaxation at its best!

They did not rush you into your service and Jamie was GREAT at listening to my problem areas and focusing on them. I usually reserve a 90 minute massage but accidently only reserved 60 minutes and I still left feeling relaxed and pampered.

I have been to many different spa's to pamper myself, but i can honestly say i have never been pampered and enjoyed it this much!!! My visit to Bella Dia was UN-forgettable and i WILL be returning!!! i recommend this spa to any one who truly needs to relax or just wants to spoil them self!! The staff is friendly, and very helpful and every room is decorated so beautifully, i have no complaints what so ever.

Great Spa

I went with one of my friends to have a girls day. She said that I would love it and she was right. I do not get to treat myself often with 3 small children at home, so it was very special for me to get some much needed pampering. My facial was divine and the massage was great. Every room that I walked into was beautiful. We were served a wine of our choice and a wonderful lunch. The owner was present and checked on us to make sure that everything was perfect. I can't wait until my next visit.
