My computer failed on a Sunday, around 6 and I figured I could not get any support well I started calling around and these guys were available. The tech came to my house cleaned up my computer & explained to me everything he was doing as well as showed me how the new tools he installed on my computer would keep sypware off and viruses. Thanks for the prompt service.

They provided me with absolute service and return my phone call immediately and fix my computer right the first time, they also provided me with several tips to keep my computer running smoothly

Atlanta Computer Technical Services was great. I had two PCs that I thought needed repair, well the first thing the technician stated was that one of my PC's was not worth repair because of the amount of upgrades which surprised me, but after he explained to me that I would need to replace the Hard Drive, then add memory, and the processor which was 500 mhz ( I was trying to install a DVD Burner) he also explained to me that at a minimum he would recommend a 2 gig processor to burn movies. However my other PC had a severe infection on it and he removed the virus as well as adware and spyware that was on my PC for about 40 dollars. Thanks for a great job and excellent advice. I let my kids play on the other PC now. Thanks

I recently had to have my computer erased because it had a virus, although it was recommended that I did not need to erase the computer I decided I wanted it. So I had my computer erase and Windows XP reinstalled with Virus protection, Spyware protection, memory upgraded, and a DVD burner installed for under 200 dollars Thanks a lot Atlanta Computer Tech Great Job and customer service.

I must say I really appreciate the fact that I did not have to disconnect my computer to get it taken care of the tech that called was courteous and professional and did not talk to me like i was stupid he made things really clear and simple to understand and made recommendations and allow me to chose what was needed without any pressure it was all about making me feel good with my decisions and not spending unnecessary money. Thanks ACTS.
