Princess Pradise

WOW! WOW! This place is a princess Paradise!!!

Clean,sanitary and entertaining. Besides getting excellent manicure and pedicure,i was really impressed with the staff...very accommodating and pleasant to chat with. The owner does a great job of stocking up on cute accessories like jewelry,purses,and clothes. The prices were incredibly affordable, just little more but totally worth it. It is a week later and my polish has NO CHIP.

I am totally sold on POLISHED for life.

Do not waste your money on poor customer service

First, I think all people should realize just because you have the money to own a business doesn't necessairly mean you need to. Owner was one of the nastiest coniving person I ever met in my life. I hosted a spa party there and no one greeted my guest, or try to make them feel comfortable or welcome.Then when I got there she saw me bringing decorations in and I had to go greet her. She left during the party and whisper something in the young lady ear. When I was ready to check out she charged me an extra 165.00 and could not explain where it came from. My guest asked questions about the different services and she told them to look on the internet to see how the procedures were done. I will never spend my money here again.

a savior of all nail salons!!!!

Finally! a savior of all nail salons!!!!

Have you ever wonder how it felt like to walk into a salon without walking out feeling like you've inherited ten bazillion foot diseases from spa chairs with jets??? Well, fear not because i think i have found the ultimate salon without jets in the foot bath Polished. I' am definitely going to make it back as often as possible because of the great quality service and price. Also the owner is a sweetheart and the techs were super nice and friendly. I LOVE POLISHED!

I'm now a regular

I've gotten manicures in many other places and this is the first place I have ever returned to. The staff is well-trained, efficient, pleasant. If you want to carry on a conversation while you are being worked on, the staff is very friendly - if you want a private, relaxing experience (alone time) then the staff will accomodate. They take their cue from the customer, which I think is excellent training! My mani always lasts at least a week with no chipping, my pedi lasts many weeks. Because they are so good, they are very busy, but have always accomodated me in a very timely manner regardless of whether I just stop in and ask what time I can be seen or whether I call in advance and schedule a time. I feel very strongly that the cooperative and pleasant attitude one walks in with is the attitude that will be returned to you at Polished. I am now a regular bi-weekly customer if I have the time, monthly if I get too busy.

• Pros: Clean, friendly, knowledgeable
• Cons: Would prefer chairs to bench

rude, stuck up management

I've been to Polished several times now and every single time the front desk staff greets me with a stuck-up attitude and they seem put out that I didn't make appointments (I always went during the weekday). I have waited over an hour before, even during the week when the place was not busy. I don't recall ever seeing the manager or front desk staff smile or ask how my services were going - they certainly NEVER apologized for my wait and every time I've gone, I've had to wait. Once they suggested I walk around to the various shops while I waited so I did. I came back about 10 minutes later than they suggested and they actually put me BACK at the bottom of the list. I told the lady that I was never coming back b/c I didn't think that was fair and she just looked at me, square in the face. No comment, nothing. So I said "okay, this is me leaving.." and I gave her one more moment to make things right and she just stood there. It's too bad that those girls who are in the SERVICE industry don't care about providing good service. I will never go back. Unless of course I saw an "Under New Management" sign on the front door.

Is amazing... She's the best at waxing and threading. She also does a great job and gets me out of there quickly. I highly recommend her for any spa service.

Still the best!

I love this place! I have been going to Polished for the past year and you can't really top the quality of service . My mani cure usually last over a week without any chips. The place gets busy so it's best to call ahead. They clean everything after each use and don't hurt you when they file and clip your nails( i can't say this for other places). Everyone who works there is good and they only speak in english to each other.

Cheap will take you stright to the hopital

I just want to say to all the people who found it too expensive and don't see the difference between this salon and a regular chop shop- go ahead go to those cheap places and get your cuticles mutilated, get yourself a fungus and a staff infection. I bet you - doctor's bill will cost you more than $40 per month!

Kind hearts, good service

I work for a local non-profit that serves children in Georgia's foster care system (Creative Community Services). In November "Polished" donated their services and treated our girls to their own spa party. The owner and nail technicians were extremely friendly and welcomed our girls with open arms. They went above and beyond to create an inviting, fun, and relaxing atmosphere. Our young ladies were treated to mani/pedis while sipping on juice and enjoying delicious snacks. Teens in foster care are not often given experiences like the one the ladies at Polished provided. Our girls left with individual goody bags, awesome nails, and most importantly, feeling refreshed and pampered!

LOVED IT!!!

I just had a spa party last evening at Polished and I have to say that I had the best time ever! It was for my 30th birthday and the nail techs did a great job and were so nice and funny! The owner was incredibly accommodating and gracious as we had them working until 10pm and no one even seem to mind at all...Ladies if you and your girls want to get together and do something fun and relaxing, definitely go to Polished!!!
