I am very pleased with the meals they make. Very healthy and very tasty. The chicken is cooked to perfection but other foods are excellent as well.

The Best Healthy Prepred Meals Around!!!

I have been using the services of Temple Covenant Healthy Eating for the last year and my family has enjoyed every meal that we have ordered from this establishment. We don't eat beef or pork, so we have to order fish, chicken or turkey for our main entree'. We have re-ordered alot of the same meals because they were so good. This helps my wife who is very busy with her job, that she has little time to cook. We are health conscious because I have High Cholesterol. Or should I say had High Cholesterol before I started eating from Healthy Temple Covenant Foods. I would and do gladly reccommend this company to friends and family.
