Above the rest

Dr. Airduct is good. I don't have a lot of time to go on and on about how remarkable their service is, but I would like to spread the word. Pass this along to your family and friends. They came out a week ago and took care of my mom;s dryer. They cleaned out all the dirt and lint that could have started a fire. She is up in age and can't do a lot for herself. They went out of their way to help her and even repaired a doorknob for her. This is what I call going above and beyond for your clients. Call 404-348-0436

I hired them to have my chimney cleaned prior to moving out. It was on an inspection requirements list. I called and they quoted $99 or $129 depending on if I had a fireplace or chimney. They came on the date specified but were 2 hours late. When they came they did the job quickly. He offered me a extra cleaning for only $40 (that was quoted as free). I declined but he said he would mark that I had it done anyway but I declined that dishonest practice as well.

When it was time to pay the bill they added an additional $40 as a travel charge. When I asked why there was a 40% increase I was told it was standard for a travel charge over an hour. I said you are in Atlanta and I am in Suwanee – that is not an hour. I am not concerned WHERE you came from… you are an Atlanta company. He didn’t have an answer. I paid and should NOT have !

I then immediately took the quote and emailed Joey, the office manager, who sent me the quote and asked where the travel charge was on the quote. No response

The Office manager wrote me back and apologized for the inconvenience and offered me 50% off on other services. I don’t think SO!

Best duct cleaning in Atlanta

This is Omry here. I needed my ducts cleaned. My wife had constant problems breathing, little did I know that the ducts were clogged. Dr. Airduct was recommended. I called this company and they sent two guys out the next morning. They showed us the problem and now my wife can breathe easier. Even the dogs are more energetic.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Someone I know had their dryer catch on fire from too much lint in the trap so I thought I'd better get mine checked.

I couldn't believe how much lint had collected in the two years we've had our dryer!

The Dr. Air Duct man came out and cleaned out the whole system and now I can rest easy.

He was able to fit my service in the same day I called and was really efficient.

Thanks for saving my coil

I had Joey come out and clean my ducts and I was well pleased. He also cleaned my coil that was 95% stopped up. Joey explained if it was not cleaned soon, I was going to have to replace it and possible the whole a/c unit.

What a nightmare

We called Dr. Duct after reading reviews on citysearch and scheduled an appointment for the next day to have our air ducts cleaned. They showed up 2 hours late and were in and out of my house in a whirlwind in just an hour. They left a mess on my new floors and marks on my walls from their cleaning equipment. I don't think I got my money's worth because when I went to change the filter yesterday it was very dirty. There was paper and other trash on the filter, this stuff should have been removed by the cleaning I would think. After further inspection with a flashlight I found more trash inside the duct that leads up to the filter and parts of the big square duct still had dust on the sides and top. I called Dr. Duct twice with my concerns and to date have not recieved a call back. Stay away from these guys.

Superb work and great communication

I recently had my vents and chimney cleaned by Dr. Air Duct, LLC. I went with them

because they were a little cheaper than the other companies I contacted and could

sweep my chimney as well. It seemed like they did a great job.

they put all of the vent covers back on and left my freshly painted walls spotless.

Also I looked up in the furnace and it was pretty clean. Very professional.

Excellent service

Dr. Air Duct Cleaning was extremely professional in every way when it came to

my house to clean my dryer vent.

The owner of the Company (Ronnie) explained everything he was going to do

before he started the work and carried it out in the most professional way.

I'm extremely happy with the service I received and the price was also very excellent.

Very helpful

This company has excellent servicemen working for them. I needed my ducts cleaned because of some health issues my son was having. I called this company because my friend recommended them and I couldn't have been hapier with the service. Michael and Joey were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they were going to do in my house. I felt compleaty comfortable and I feel that they did a great job.
