Outstanding Service!

I just recently bought a new home in Alpharetta and was given only one key that worked only one lock one my home. I was very frustrated and didn’t know what to do. So, I called Alpha Lock and Key. The person on the phone was very nice and explained to me several options that were available. I decided to rekey my house to a new key and “Officially make it my home!” They were able to schedule an appointment for later that day. The Locksmith that came out was in uniform and very nice. He was able to quickly rekey my locks to a new key. I was so impressed with home professional he was! He also was pointed out some security issues that I had missed and was able to recommend solutions to resolve them! This is an amazing company I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a respectable and professional locksmith company!

Great Company!!!

I am a store manager and unfortunately I had to let some of my employees go. I was very concerned about this, because one of them refused to return their key to me. I called Southlock and they were able to send a locksmith out that day to rekey my store to a new key. I was so happy that I did it. I was also very impressed with the quality of work that had been done. The locksmith was very friendly and wore a uniform. I strongly recommend this company to everyone!!!

Best Home Security!

I have lived in the Alpharetta area for the past 12 years and I have been very pleased with the area. Unfortunately, I heard from some neighbors that there have been some recent burglaries in the area. I called the police to ask them about it and they told me that they believe that the burglars either have copies of the keys or are picking the locks, because there are no signs of forced entry. This made me very concerned!!! I called Southlock and told them my situation and they sent a locksmith out that day and he was able to install high security locks on my home. He explained to me that these locks are pretty much pick proof and that no one could get copies of the keys made. Since I had my locks changed I feel so much better when I go to work. I know I went the extra step and it has paid off! I would strongly recommend this to anyone who is concerned about locking up there home! I am glad I did!

Good Company

I was impressed with Alpha Locks service. They were able to schedule me in quite quickly and showed up on time. The locksmith was very polite and took care of my issue. The locksmith also pointed out a couple concerns that he discovered that I didn?t realize! Over all I was impressed to find a company that had this level of professionalism and concern for their customer. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Great Service!

I called Southlock to come out and change the locks on my business after I had to let an employee go. I was impressed that they were able to come out that day and change my locks. The locksmith the company sent out was in uniform, very polite, and was able to change my locks out quickly and take care of a couple other issues that I was having. I am really impressed with this company and their professionalism! Job well done!!!

I am a manger with a software housing company. I was in search of a company that specialized in high security locks and that could help me lock up and control access to my building and it the specialized rooms inside. I finally chose Atlanta Lock and Key and have been very impressed with their crew! These guys were in uniform, on time, and understood exactly what I wanted to do and got the job done! I strongly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reputable locksmith company. These guys are the real deal!

My Daughter just moved out on her own into her first home. I was happy for her, but very concerned for her safety. I kept worrying about who might have a key and use the key. Needless to say it kept me up a few nights. I finally had enough and called Southlock out to change her locks. I was very impressed that they were able to send a locksmith out that day! He showed up in uniform, was very polite, got the job done very quickly, and charged me a very reasonable rate. I am very happy that I made the call and had them come out. As the locksmith said, "we did it the cheap way... before something bad happened!!!" I tell ya I sleep a lot better now knowing that my daughter is the only one that has keys to her home.

Great Guys who know their stuff!!!

The guys who work for Southlock are really something else. I have had to call them out now a couple of times to help me with a variety of issues from key control, master keying, and problem solving security issues. I have to say that I am yet to stump these guys. Each and every time they come up with a real simple answer and the one time I did stump Jack he had the answer for me that afternoon!!! These locksmiths with Southlock really know their stuff and really want to help you! I am very pleased that I have found a locksmith that can handle anything I through at them! I strongly endorse the services that Southlock provides! They are the best, bar none!!!

True Professionals!!!

I am a new manager to the area and my company just acquired a new office building in the Northern part of Atlanta. I have been assigned to take over the building's maintenance. Once we took over the building I discovered just how much the buildings hardware was in disrepair to include the hardware on doors. I called Southlock out to take a look and see if they can help me. They sent a very knowledgeable and skilled locksmith out. It took Jack a few minutes to look everything over and he was able to give me several options!!! I explained to him that I have a 101 things wrong with this building that I also having to wrestle with as well. Jack was able to present an option that fit within my budget and correct the issues at hand. I am very pleased with Southlock and their knowledge of their industry. I highly recommend Southlock to any property manager! They will shoot you straight and help you to maintain control of your facility!!!

Greatest Peace of Mind!!!

A few days ago my purse was stolen out of my shopping chart of the Grocery Store. Needless to say my entire world was in it! My cell phone, check book, but most importantly my Keys!!! I was able to cancel my credit cards, cell phone, and close my checking account very quickly, but the person who stole my purse still had my address off my I.D. and my house keys!!! I was a nervous wreck thinking that at anytime that person could walk right in my house! My friend told me that I should give Southlock a call. She had southlock out a few months earlier to repair her front door lock and she said that they might be able to help. So, I took her advise and gave them a call and that has made all the difference!!! They were able to get a locksmith out to me that day and he was able to change all the locks in my house to a new key!!! I was so happy that I gave them a call and I can finally get a good nights sleep!
