I just wanted to thank your company for an outstanding performance. We just had our exterior paint job performed by Atlanta Painting and Pressure Washing, we live in Acworth. They covered everything with plastic so not to drip paint on anything. The prep work was extensive and they took great care with our home. We did a color change and we have had neighbors stop every few minutes to check it out. We will use them again.

What can I say? From the first phone call I could tell that this was no ordinary "construction" company. Kevin, “the owner” is very friendly and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated even though some of them were very basic. He came out the next day and gave us our price for painting and seamless gutters right then and there from his snazzy tablet pc. I had previously received a stack of handwritten estimates that I could barely read, but to receive one right then and there printed out was amazing. Kevin also gave us a “total price” for the job and not an “estimate”. The total price would not change, and that is better than an “estimate” that could go up once the job is started. This company uses email, computers, digital cameras, and took real time and care in providing us with a price. I actually had some companies walk around the house in 5 minutes then give us a handwritten estimate. For a company to take the extra step to make everything so professional is unheard of. As a woman I felt so comfortable with Kevin and his crews, they were all extremely respectful. Kevin comes back and inspects the job with you and collects payment. They even called to check on us a couple weeks later. Ladies if you are tired of the Atlanta area’s normal overbearing, beer bellied, and grumpy contractors give these guys a call you will be pleased. Atlanta Painting and Pressure Washing had a very competitive price. They just started 2 of our neighbor's homes. Thanks Guys!

Pros: They give you the estimate on the spot and it stays the same no additional charges.

I just had my home re-sided and painted by Atlanta Painting and Pressure Washing. The did an excellent job. My house which was built in 1972 now looks brand new and I just love it! Thank you Atlanta Painting!

Atlanta Painting bid on doing the remodel on our business. The crew was excellent and finished in a timely manner. Mr. Smith made sure all our needs were met and went over and beyond what we expected. He even checked back with us 2 weeks later to make sure we were still pleased with our results. We will use this company again for our home come the summer! Thank you Atlanta Paint!!

Kevin had his crew come out and take wallpaper out of 2 bathrooms and paint them. I also had him paint my ceiling. I couldn't have asked for a better job! I have received many compliments on my ceiling and bathrooms. Thanks!! Will definitely refer anytime!

What a nightmare experience we just had trying to get the interior of our home painted by Atlanta Painting and Pressure Washing. Kevin told us that his "crew" (who we expected to be a minimum of 3+ experienced and professional Painters who we had met before) would complete this job within one week (narrowed down to specifically 6 days...starting in Monday and finishing over the weekend). However, the "crew" NEVER came. ONE handyman (who we had expected to hire for "odds and ends" jobs while the PAINTERS were painting) ended up painting our entire 3000 sq ft home (ceilings, trim, walls, sheet rock repair, etc). Many times we asked where the crew was and when they were coming. Kevin gave us many different excuses, stories, and lies as to why they were not there or when they would be there...but they never came. He was still painting ONE MONTH later with some very serious poor quality issues that had to be brought to Kevin's attention on a few occasions. Kevin asked for payment a few times long before work was anywhere near completion, and was still poor quality. Kevin failed to meet every new deadline commitment he made...and still had the nerve to point blame on others, pull from his endless book of excuses, and refuse to take responsibility for this situation escalating to this level due to his own poor planning and poor project management of the job. I suppose his "crew" must have been out making him profit on other jobs while the one handyman was slowly chugging away on our big job. In the end, the job took one month and the quality of work was not worth the price we paid or headaches we endured. The quality of work was not at the level to which I would sign my name as an Owner of a painting company or as a professional Painter, but we had already lost too much time, money, and patience and needed to cut our losses and fix the rest ourselves. More than1 month later, we are even being threatened by Kevin's girlfriend for our review of his company's work!

Cons: Poor quality, more expensive than 5 of the 6 other quotes I got (too late to do anything about it), and far past agreed-upon completion date.

I received superb service from Atlanta Painting and Pressure Washing, who painted the interior of my home. The price was just right - within my budget - and the service was outstanding. Kevin and his crew were great to work with and I received top-notch service throughout my entire project. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others! Thanks guys!!
