I heart BTB

After 3 short months of boot camp, i am in love! my clothes are too big!! but the best part is how much easier working out seems to be. EVERYTHING seems so much easier than it did the first month...from walking up the stairs in my office to running 5Ks and 10Ks. I love all of the instructors. they all know me and my strengths and weaknesses. they help me push through and are very encouraging. i owe all of my success to them. i am going to be at crossfit a lot more these next two months as i am doing BootCamp lite and i am soooo ecxcited to see more results!! Bikini---here i come!!! boo-ya!!
- Pros: individual attention, clever t-shites, great instructors, feeling like part of a team, encouraging welcoming atmosphere
- Cons: 6 am is early....
Kicked My Butt - But In A Good Way
by uv45
I considered myself in good shape because I ran regularly, but my girlfriend had been hounding me to join her for Boot Camp. After the first day of dying through push-ups, sit-ups and squats, I knew I was not in as good of shape as I had thought. Now two months later, I am in the best shape I've been in since college. The different exercises are fantastic and keep things very interesting. Changing my eating habits has also been a plus. But the strength of the program is the instructors. They incredibly motivating by how they interact with everyone and the fact that they are in great shape. I can't imagine any other boot camp being as effective.
- Pros: Instructors. Exercises. Results.
- Cons: None
Most change in my body in years!

As a physician, I am drawn to programs that utilize scientific processes. After speaking with the owners & staff, it is obvious to me these folks have done their homework. There is a nutritionist on staff & many of the staff are degreed in exercise science and the like. These folks incorporate the most recent scientific data available while maintaining what they call "old school" techniques that really work. I had such a great time taking boot camp & then signed up for CrossFit in the gym. Both programs worked wonders on my physique & general mood. I feel better, look better & have more energy. I cannot believe I have stuck to an exercise program now for over 4 months! Thanks BTB instructors!
- Pros: Great instructors, results are amazing, never bored with exercise, different each day
- Cons: It is an investment, but if you are going to pay to get in shape, you might as well get results and you'll get them.
Best way to get off the couch and get in shape!

I took BTB Fitness Bootcamp for 3 months, at Piedmont Park and Decatur, and now i'm doing Crossfit with BTB Fitness. I couldnt have been more pleased with the results the program has given me. The instructors are friendly, respectful, encouraging, and well trained. I've taken other bootcamps and attended other gyms, but never with the results that I have gotten with BTB Fitness. Definately the place to go if your ready to get in shape.
- Pros: Excellent staff, great locations, results
- Cons: I had to buy smaller pants
A great way to get in shape.

I have done many bootcamps with different companies and this one by far got me the results I wanted. The varied workouts, motivating instructors and other bootcampers make this an excellent way to get fit. The level of fitness seems that much better among the instructors and bootcampers which forces me to workout even harder. With the addition of the crossfit training, I am able to increase my muscle strength in addition to the great cardio workout I get with bootcamp. I have recommended it to many people and will continue to do so.
- Pros: Instructors, Crossfit, Variety of workouts, Gets results
- Cons: None
Awesome experience, very professional atmosphere, motivating

I would highly reccomend BTB's boot camp to any of my friends. One word- WHOA! From the first minute of class until the last, you are in a constant swirl of activity. Each day was a different style of workout. One day may be a full out conditioning run, while another may be a game. I think one was called football bingo or something. Very cool. After 30 days of intensive training and diet, my clothes are fitting better, I am standing with better posture, and just feel better. BTB also has a program called CrossFit. They brought all of us into their gym one morning a week and showed us what a workout really should be. As soon as I am done with my current boot camp, I am going to join BTB CrossFit and take it to the next level.
- Pros: Highly motivating group atmosphere. High staff to student ratio
- Cons: it only lasts for 30 days, alteration bills for taking in my pants!
Best Boot Camp in town!
by msquires100
I was a boot camper in 2005 prior to getting married. Like many brides, I wanted to look my absolute best on my wedding day and BTB Boot Camp did just that and SO MUCH MORE! I've always had a gym membership and was a runner, but the results I received after only 1 month of boot camp were so incredible I signed up for another month! The instructors were boot campers just like us and provided SO much motivation and encouragement each morning. They pushed to work harder and harder every workout and helped you stay focused on your personal goals. By the time of my wedding, I couldn't believe how toned I had become, I had dropped a dress size AND my wedding dress was too big!!! I highly recommend BTB Boot Camp to anyone of any fitness level!
- Pros: Variety of workouts, instructors are SO motivational and anyone of any fitness level can participate.
i needed more attention.

I was disappointed with the interaction between instructors and campers. It ended up making for a very impersonal experience.
- Pros: outside enjoying peidmont park
- Cons: classes too large for individual attention i needed
