Some friends of mine rented a private room there for a big party...seemed like a great idea at the time. As their party members arrived they were greeted by (1) a BIG bouncer who jumps out at you before you even get to the front door and who is not very friendly and (2) two rude hostesses at the top of the first flight of stairs. They were pointing the party guests in the wrong direction, wouldn't stop their chatting to engage and give correct directions. Giving them feedback later on, that when I asked for where the party was by name (first and last of both husband and wife), they told me (snappily) that I should have asked for it by another name and didn't care much that they were giving others incorrect directions. With the exception of one waitress, I found the staff there to be very rude and apathetic, I won't be going back or recommending it as a party venue to others.
