I complained to the receptionist about the service and told her I didn't want to pay. Theresponse from the manager was that since I already had the service done, I had to. Hmmm...I believe there would be nothing to complain about if I didn't have the service done. What kind of logic was that? I was forced to shell out $25 (and the last I'll ever give to them). You'd think that amount of money would be chump change to them and they'd have the decency to let me keep it for my troubles. Instead they decided to make my experience even worse - at full price!

Because of overall experience and patience with there customers. Went through the ordeal of waiting and waiting when I made an appointment earlier that week! My trim was acceptable at best. Cost is high, plenty of other choices in the downtown area for that price. This joint needs some major work and reason when it comes to pricing. I found out the place is going downhill after asking around. Unless you are tight with the crew on staff you will be overlooked.
Pros: TV while you wait!
Cons: Cost, Cleanliness
