We set up for a limo to take our kids to there prom 2 months ahead, the day of prom they were late so we called to see what was going on, the ladie answered the phone said she would call us back. When she called back she said there was no limo coming that they couldn't read some numbers on the contract so they didnt scheduel a limo, but two days before the prom we had contacted them to see about possible down sizing the limo and nothing was said then. At 5:15 on the day of prom they left 8 kids with out a ride to there prom, 7 of the 8 were sen. and this was there last prom. I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!

This is the worst limousine company in atlanta they where late picking me and my wife up. Driver looked like he was high I would not recommed this Limo caompany.

I reserved Hollywood Coach Limousine for April 28, 2007, my wedding day, about five or six months ago. A month and a half before the wedding, I thought I would go ahead and make a payment to them (since I had signed a contract when I booked them). When I called their office number that was given to me by the receptionist and their 800 number, both were out of service. I had an email address, so I then sent an email asking if they were out of business. I got no response. Not even a returned email address. After waiting for four days, I decided to call one more time before looking for another service (because I had signed a contract). Surprisingly, the office phone was working so I left a message letting them know that I was trying to get in touch with them and to contact me as soon as possible. A week later and still no response. It is now a Saturday and I sent a letter to the company on Thursday letting them know if I didn't hear from them in three business days that I was looking elsewhere for car services. Still haven't heard from them. I am really glad they didn't make me put down a deposit, because I would have been out of money. I would not recommend this company at all!!! Mistake on my part for not researching this company. I just saw them at a bridal show and thought, "nice car"!
