I happened upon Youthtopia one Saturday morning and have been returning ever since. Not only is the atmosphere beautiful, but the knowledge of the entire staff is exceptional. I have used Youthtopia numerous times for many different treatments and each time I leave more pleased than the last. I also can hardly wait until my next appointment. Not only do they offer many types of treatments and services, they also give you an opportunity to meet with your girlfriends on "Girls Night out". Marla and staff, thank you so much for such a wonderful experience and I appreciate all that you do for us who are conscious of our skin care and the aging process. For all of you who haven't experienced Youthtopia, don't miss another day without visiting this special place.

FIRST OF ALL, THE SPA IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! VERY COMFORTABLE SEATING, OPEN AND AIRY, YOU WILL FEEL GOOD JUST WALKING IN! I HAVE MET WITH MARLA, SHE IS VERY EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY ACCOMODATING. I HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY OUT OF TOWN AND HAD TO CANCEL LAST MINUTE AND MARLA NOT ONLY HONORED THE SPECIAL PRICING OFFERED AT THE TIME I BOOKED MY PROCEDURE, BUT SHE WAS PLEASANT AND UNDERSTANDING. I HAD MY PROCEDURE DONE BY GINA, WHO IS JUST THE SWEETEST, NICEST AND MOST PATIENT YOUNG WOMAN... SHE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS THE TREATMENT WENT SO WELL, I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE RESULT, I HAVE BOOKED ANOTHER PROCEDURE WITH HER. SHE DID A JUVEDERM FILLER TREATMENT AND I HAD ALMOST NO REDNESS OR SWELLING. IT WAS GREAT! SHE IS VERY GENTLE, AND OBVIOUSLY KNOWS WHAT SHE'S DOING, I HAD DERMAL FILLERS TWICE BEFORE BY A LOCAL PLASTIC SURGEON AND BOTH TIMES I HAD A LOT OF SWELLING AND DEVELOPED LUMPY AREAS WHERE THE PRODUCT WAS INJECTED. THIS TIME THE RESULT WAS SMOOTH, PAIN FREE AND LOOKS GREAT! GINA EVEN TREATED ME TO A PARAFIN HAND TREATMENT WHILE I WAS HAVING THE PROCEDURE DONE, IT WAS SO RELAXING, AND MY HANDS FELT SO SOFT AND SMOOTH! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRYING YOUTHTOPIA, I AM VERY HAPPY I FOUND IT!

I received a treatment at Youthtopia Med Spa as a wedding gift, and I have to say it's the best thing I've done for myself in years. I had botox on my forehead and it took years off my looks. Several people commented on how wonderful I looked and how young I appeared. I don't know if it's coincidence, but ever since I had the botox treatment, people tell me that I look the same age as my husband who is 15 years younger than I am. The service was incredible. I felt so special. I definately plan to continue my treatments, and even try other things as well. The nurse was great and followed up with me later in the week. Very attentive!

My husband gave me a half day of spa treatment for Christmas last year at Youthtopia Med Spa and I've been a regular ever since. I've been to a number of different spas in the North Fulton area (yes, I was a spa hopper) and this one is the best by far! I highly recommend the Glow Fruit Acid Peel. It has taken years off my face. My skin is firmer and more radiant. They have a great line of skin products. I am interested in having the Live Stem Cell therapy performed in the near future.

I have been to many spas in various areas of the country over the years, but I had my best experience by far at Youthtopia Med Spa in Alpharetta, GA. The staff provided me with considerable individualized time and attention. I felt relaxed and pampered like never before. My friends and family have commented on how wonderful my skin and face look after my customized facial and botox treatments. I am very happy with the results and plan to return to Youthtopia as soon as possible. Thank you!

My skin care girl was so kind and pampered me in a warm wax hand treatment that felt so good it was personalized just for me, I received a nice relaxing massage...I needed it and they used this new vibraderm machine that felt so awesome. It was different than most places that I have visited and I felt like I was not sold my products. My skin looks great and I also got to relax. This is the BEST facial I ever had!

Pros: Very nice atmosphere and I liked my natural cocktail drink

I have tried many medical spas around Atlanta, and I thoroughly enjoyed my personalized services that I received at Youthtopia Medspa! I did not feel like another number, rather, I was very well educated and felt pampered. Everyone tells me how great I look, so Youthtopia is definately working! Also, the aesthetians area amazing and I was treated like a friend, not a client - I walked out feeling like a celebrity. I HIGHLY recommend Youthtopia!!!
