I have been a client of Skin Essence in Buckhead for quite some time now. The clinic is newly renovated and greatly designed to serve all your needs. La toya is one of the nicest and most professional receptionists I have ever met. She is versatille and has knowledge of all products and services. Whoever wrote the mean review about her needs to go back to school and take English spelling and grammar classes once again. Don't read into this absurd and rude person's opinion because it is not true.

It is very unfair and hurtful for anyone to write a negative review because of a personal relationship outside of a business with that business' employees. The personal comments about the employee at Skin Essence Buckhead are just that; very personal and untrue comments. We have worked extremely hard to provide great customer service in a warm spa friendly, professional environment. If there is an unpleasant experience at a business; share that with the management team or the owner. The reviews that are placed on City Search or any other site will affect the business directly. Our reputation is very very important to us. Our job is to make all of our clients feel good about their experience. We may occasionally fall short. If we do; allow us the opportunity to correct our mistakes.

LETS START WITH THE RECEPTIONIST SHE WAS VERY DIRTY AND HAD AN VERY NASTY MOUTH. HER NAME WAS LATOYA,SHE WANTED TO GIVE ME A FACIAL,AQND" I ASK HER ARE YOU THE RECEPTIONIST"? SHE SAID "YES", AND WENT ON TO TELL ME "THEY DONT HAVE ANY LICSENCED PEOPLE". THE PLACED LOOKED NICE BUT UNCLEANED,WITH SO MANY OTHER SPAS AROUND I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO SKIN ESSENCE IN BUCKHEAD

Pros: PLACE IS NEWLY REDONE

Cons: DIRTY,UNLICENSED OPERATORS,SMELLY WORKERS

I want to commend your staff for a wonderful experience I had your spa. Every one was very professional and very attentative to my needs. I will highly recommend your sevices to all of my firends and clients. I will not visit Atlanta with out coming buy to have a message and facial.

To Ms. Nurse obviously you have not returned to this Day Spa in Buckhead because they are phenominal. I recieved treatments their before and now the spa is totally re-vamped. Top of the line massage chairs, steamers, bedding, and the customer service is remarkable. They do not push you in to purchasing products; only recommend what you need to improve your skin (which work completely & you see results as soon as you are finished with treatment that same day). They play nice flowing jazz & earth sounds. Even though you are there for treatment you can completely drift away into bliss by the pampering that they provide you. I suggest to anyone that if you just want to get away from it all that you book immediately with them. If you want your skin corrected as well its a one stop shop. Its not an assembly line like spa sydell that places make up on your face directly after a treatment. SKIN ESSENCE ELITE IS EXACTLY WHERE ANYONE SHOULD BE!!!!! FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN!!!!

I USUALLY GO TO THE SKIN ESSENCE IN DECATUR, BUT SINCE I WORK NEAR THE BUCKHEAD LOCATION I DECIDED TO GO THERE, THE ROOMS ARE SO SMALL, UNCLEAN, THE STAFF HAD NO PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AT ALL , I WAS SHOCK BECAUSE OF HOW WELL IM TREATED AT THE OTHER LOCATION, I WILL CONTINUE GOING TO SKIN ESSENCE , JUST NOT IN BUCKHEAD.

Pros: THERE DECATUR LOCATION IS THE B EST PLACE TO GET A FACIAL

Cons: DIRTY, SMALL, STEAMER DIDNT WORK

This clinic is fantastic. I have had many different issues with my skin. Blackheads and whiteheads were always reoccurring and in different areas on my face. Going to Skin Essence was the first time I ever had a corrective facial. I saw the results before I was finished. It is a more affordable alternative than going to a dermatologist and worrying about prescriptions. I would highly recommend Skin Essence to my friends and family.

Pros: I love the candles and massage chairs.

from the moment i walk in the spa i was given the required attension i feel a spa should give.i was seen on time,and the facial was better than the other spa i have been to, keep up the good work and i will be back next week.

I WENT TO SKIN ESSENCE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD,I DIDNT FEEL LIKE THEY WERE PUSHING ME THROUGH AN ASSEMBY LINE.THE FACIAL DEBORAH GAVE ME WILL BE KEEPING ME COMING BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN.
