I came in not knowing anything about Rolex watches other than the fact that mine was broken. Previously I had paid double the money for a big-name Jeweler. I saw Ermitage Jewelers through Google and gave them a shot since they are just down the street. First off, the store has this European charm to it- beautiful walls and displays. I was greeted warmly by Peter and Jake, the owners of the store who immediately helped me out. Jake, the watchmaster, took the time to explain to me not only what was wrong with my watch but how he would fix it in just a week! Im so happy with it, and have since bought 2 more peices. I really feel like I finally found a jeweler I can trust. High recommended for Rolex and custom made peices!
