4 MONTHS and STILL counting...

I ordered 3 pieces of furnisher in September from Z Gallerie in Cleveland Ohio. We're in Late January and I didn't receive the furnisher yet. I was told at the beginning that the estimated waiting time is 6 to 8 weeks. I said, fine, I can still have my sofa for Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving passed by and I didn't receive the sofa. I called and said I need the sofa at least for Christmas, I have family coming over. Their costumer service is very bad. They are still giving me excuses as to why I'm not receiving the furniture. I tried to cancel the order so that I can buy another sofa for the holidays, they wouldn't let me telling me I have to pay 20% of the amount (even thought they were so late on the delivery).

They have very nice stuff and staff in the store, but good luck in actually getting what you want in your home.

This new home decor store at Atlantic Station is absolutely stunning. I don't care if it is a National Chain. Walk-in, and the ideas will start turning in your head. Yes, I love vintage items from Scott Antique Market and 20th Century

Antiques, but they all mix very well with the selections here. The looks are put together so well, you do not need a professional decorator, to pull if off. They have bedding/pillows, Tabletop arrangements, great coffetable books, we haven't seen anywhere else. We love the framed Black and White Photo's, especially of the Rat-Pack, and many vintage Marilyn Monroe photo's. Come in and mix that home decor look. The staff is on target, and if you are looking for something, and can't find it, they have catalogs, you can use. Get on the Mailing List!

Z Gallerie has gained popularity fast, expanding into a dozen states since its debut as a poster store in 1979. Though each store is vast, the ambience is that of a small, upscale furniture boutique. You'll find more than jut furniture, though--browse through bedding, art, rugs, window coverings, tabletop accessories, lighting and more. It's a great place for gift shopping, but if you're having something shipped, be sure to give it enough time to arrive.
