I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Gentle Dentistry. The staff truly lives up to the name as I possess an immense phobia of dentists. Dr. Sahara and Christi treated me with exceptional care and made my visits as relaxing as the office settings. I’ve recommended Gentle Dentistry to colleagues who have each given Dr. Bass and the entire practice very high marks for their standard of excellence and friendly atmosphere.

Great Dentist Only One

FROM MY VERY FRIST VISIT I NEW AFTER 22YEARS . OF LOOKING FOR. A NEW DENTIST I FOUND IT .I NEW YOU FELT YOU ARE HOME .AGAIN.IFOUND AT THE WHOLE STAFF ARE GREAT. GENTLE VERY CONCERN. ANSWER AII QUESTION. AFTER 2 VISIT MY BIT IS SO MUCH BETTER .THEY ARE JUST WONDERFUL!!!! NANA2

Love these girls!

Dr. Bass and Dr. Sahara are two of the most compassionate dentists I have ever been to. They have a genuine concern for their patients, and at no time did I ever feel they were "in it for the money". My three children and I have been going to this practice since it opened. The fees and charges are very competitive. If an emergency arises, they are very willing and able to work you in. I adore the entire staff from the front desk, hygienists, to billing. We couldnt' be happier with them.

WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!

This is by far the worst dental experience I have ever had! My wife and I have spent (been charged on our credit cards) over $7,000 at this office. Two years later none of her crowns or bridges are in place. The crown that I recieved (after three attempts to get it right) is cracked and has been since the first year. Dr. Bass always has an excuse as to why the crowns and bridges aren't fillting yet, she is totally oblivious as to how to resolve it, (everything from the bridge company made a mistake to your teeth have shifted!) However, she was VERY aggressive at charging our credit cards BEFORE the work was completed! Two years later, we are paying the bill but have received NOTHING for it!

Good luck if you use this office! You WILL be charged, beyond that, no guarantees!
