As a first-time user of a resume writing service, I was very pleased with the experience I had with Access. They were not only friendly but also amenable and responsive to the feedback I provided regarding changes that needed to be made to my resume. Additionally, I feel that the resume Access provided was instrumental in my getting the job Ithat I interviewed for and still have. Lastly but most importantly, one of the things I appreciated most about Access was the impecable customer service that was provided throughout the process. One more thing that I have to add is that my computer crashed and I unfortunately had not backed up my files - Needless to say, I lost my resume. However, I called up Access and they glady e-mailed it to me - without charge. As I said, GREAT customer service.
Pros: Readily avaialbe via phone or e-mail to address questions/concerns, personable staff, friendly.
