I enjoyed my experience there every other place I went to to look for my gown I had people throwing a million different dresses at me and wouldn't leave me alone. This place sat back offered their opinion when asked for it but didnt hover over me and make me feel trapped. They were very patient with me and never rude. They even deeply discounted my dress which is always a plus...

• Cons: bridesmaids dresses are a little pricey

I was very frustrated, with my experience at Brides Atlanta! They were not very helpful. Extremley rude. and most definetly over priced. Be smart and check out other options!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY THERE RUDE AND COSTLY

Do not buy a dress there. This particular wedding party every single person has to have alterations. THe measurements, according to them seems to requre a larger dress and they can only cost you more money to do the alterations. They will insult your size to your face and make rude comments about the proportion of your size.

This has been THE WORST experience ever. We will never use them again. A dress to be in someone's wedding that you will only wear one time should not cost you 200.00 (to be a bridesmaide) and by the time the alterations are done, it will be more than that. Who can afford that when you are working your way through college.

Save yourself some grief, check other places.

I paid a visit to this bridal shop looking for bridesmaids dresses and to get my previously purchased (not from here) gown altered. The sales people were of no help at all when I told them I was having a beach wedding. They simply told me they had nothing to fit my needs, didn't even let me look. They were extremely snotty when I asked to have my gown altered, agreeing to pay a hefty price. I was treated like a second rate customer because I did not purchase my gown there. At my fitting, the lady doing the alterations rushed me through, not even suggesting taking in the sides and top of my gown that obviously needed altered. Go figure, at my second fitting, she was no longer employed there and the new person doesn't even speak English. They are snotty and the entire experience was terrible.

At Atlanta Brides in Douglasville they put forth all of their attention to you at that one time. I had 3-4 different ladies helping me. They were all very nice. They answered any questions that I had about the dress and the fabric. When I told them I was having a beach wedding they went and grapped three dresses at first. I fell in love the very first one they gave me! The customer service was great, the prices are great. If you are planning a wedding I really recommend this establishment! Before I purchased my dress here I went to several stores and I liked this one the BEST!
