I thought that Richard was fantastic in his follow through with us. I was particularly flaky about getting the whole refinance going, but Primacy Mortgage made it easy, and the closing attorney was great too!

This has been a wonderful experience! Tara was absolutely the most helpful person I've dealt with on a mortgage...very knowledgeable and accessible. I felt she truly had my best interest at heart and provided me with invaluable guidance throughout the whole process. In addition - there were no surprises. She kept me posted on what to expect every step of the way. I don't foresee ever using anyone else or recommending anyone else to my friends!

side from the efficient way she works, I appreciated the reassurance and confidence she conveyed that this was problem free from the start, even with a tight closing date. That was also supported by her ability to explain the process, the settlement statement etc. I am also grateful for how easy she was to reach --- at all hours, or would get back to me right away. Bottom-line is I never felt I had to worry or do much work to push this along. My real estate agent said to me she was the best broker she has ever dealt with and will definitely recommend her --- as will I. Also, your closing costs, loan origination fee and most important the actual mortgage rate beat others.
