I live close to downtown Lawrenceville. I try to give a lot of our family business to the shops in the square. We eat at Dominick's for all of our special occassions. We love McCray's for Sunday brunch after church. I buy gifts and stationary at The Paper-Fairy. And our favorite pizza is Cosmo's on the square. I recently had the opportunity to try Aromas on the square. This was the BEST cupcake I have ever tasted ! I loved it ! How perfect that my daughter's 2nd birthday is right around the corner. I thought at a $1.75 per cucake it was a bit much for my budget. I called to see if I could get a bulk discount. You see, I needed between 40 and 50 cupcakes. I thought for sure $1.50 or even $1.45 per cupcake wouldn't be far off the mark considering my order. I was told a plain and simple "no". No explanation ... nothing ! Just no. How disappointing. I was most certainly to bring years of repeat business to this location. I would have thought of them for every birthday, family dinner, holiday and well with these cupcakes ... Arbor day for cryin' out loud. See how $20 has gotten in the way of a potentially profitable relationship for Aromas. Good luck ... I hope you guys make it !
