After reading the review, I decided to give them a call to obtain an appraisal for an engagement ring. Angela was very cordial so I made my appointment for the same day. Upon arrival, I was acknowledged while another customer was being attended to and I was offered a glass of water. This was welcoming. I felt as wealthy as the other customer --great PR. My experience was wonderful. Shelley
