great night at Com Dunwoody!!!
by royal11us at Citysearch
My parents and I have a tradition of trying Asian restaurant everywhere we go and we total loved this one. The service was friend and courteous. The food is excellent and tasty and the price is good. You must try their salads and la lots! You won't be disappointed.
Just OK
by usdoc1ga at Citysearch
we went to this restaurant on Dec 23,2006 due to the high recommendation. It was quite a disappointment to say the least. The place was not easy to find even with the mapquest. We were seated promptly and the waiter brought the orders promptly. The food was too sweet -- including the meat dishes. I have eaten at many a Vietnamese restaurants across the country. This is the first restaurant to serve food so sweet. Our check was left on the table before we had time to finish our food. They had to take it back as we wanted to try their dessert.
Overall it was just "OK". I will think of other places before revisiting this place.
- Pros: Prompt seating, quick service
- Cons: So so food.
Taste really good!

Finally! A restaurant that has brought a great concept to Dunwoody. The best part about the place is the expansive menu selection. I'd recommend the Shaking Beef. And hands down, the best Asian restaurant in Dunwooody! A must try for the holidays, especially with friends and family...enjoy!
Good food, great service, but small portions
by douacheekue17 at Citysearch
I went here with a co-worker who knows the owner, who is the nicest guy. The service was great and the food was delicious, but the portions were kind of small. Every item that we tried was amazing, and the chocolate/mousse dessert was awesome. We also had their sandwiches for a business lunch, and they aren't your normal vietnamese sandwiches off Buford Hwy. The sandwiches are kind of too pretty. They are on only one side of the bread, with the meat and stuff on top, (without the other side of bread bread on top). So, it makes the sandwich kind of hard to eat normally. It's a nice atmosphere, but I prefer more for my money. If you're looking for a good vietnamese restaurant, I recommend Saigon Cafe, on Pleasant Hill.
- Pros: Service, Taste of food, Presentation of food
- Cons: Portions
Very unique and tasty

We found them on City Search and decided to try them out because of their high rating. The high rating is certainly well deserved. The food was very good. We asked the waitress to recommend what's good on the menu. We followed her advise, and they were right on. Of the four dishes we tried, I would recommend the curry chicken and the flat noodles with beef. To top it off the staff was friendly and service was very good. The price is reasonable as well.
- Pros: Food was good. Staff was friendly. Fast service
- Cons: It's not a fancy restaurant, that's why the price is so reasonable
New Food!

This place is a true gem for Dunwoody. I have yet to find better Asian food around Perimeter Mall. The thing I love about this place is that they always upgrade their variety of foods. By far the most amazing appetizers, you will not be disappointed. Its true that the location is not ideal compared to PF Chang, but you will feel the real Asian fusion. I would not mind an extra 3 minutes drive to this place. Overall, the flavours were amazing and the food was fresh, nice atmosphere, good service and EXCELLENT value.
- Pros: Ambience, good price and excellent food
- Cons: More selection of tea would be nice
Wonderful restaurant

I've been wanting to go for a while, so my husband and family surprised me for my birthday. I was VERY impressed. We were 20 minutes late for our reservation and were still seated immediately! Waitstaff was at the table within seconds to check on me. Our waiter was fantastic!!!!! I was also impressed to see how the waitstaff helped one another, a real team effort!! The food was FABULOUS, probably the best infusion of different cuisines in Perimeter!! They even gave me chocolate lava cake with ice cream and a candle on the house. Thanks COM.
- Pros: good parking, wonderful food
- Cons: poor selection of tea

Great Food and Great Service!

What can I say? The food was fantastic and the service was great too! Everything we had, from the appetizers to the entrees to the wine to the dessert was excellent. Make sure you try the Salmon Tartar appetizer as it is just plain phenomenal.
Am I using too many superlatives in this review? No I'm not. It's that good. Even the guy refilling our water glasses was all smiles and friendly.
A few reviews mentioned the paltry dessert menu. When we went there they had just added some new desserts. We tried two of the new ones and both were excellent.
Note: the restaurant is hard to see as it's behind a tree and the sign by the entrance to the strip mall is very small.
One caution: the summary for the pricing says '$' but I'd say it's more like '$$'. We had two appetizers, two entrees, two glasses of wine, and two desserts and it was $73 before tip.
Highly recommended!
- Pros: Great food and service
- Cons: A bit more pricey than expected
Delectable

I have eaten at pretty much everywhere in Perimter area and Com Dunwoody Vietnamese Fusion is one of my favorites. The food wowed us at every turn. The salmon tartar with advocado and carpaccio beef was truly delicious - the myriad of flavors melding together was wonderful. Food was wonderful!! Service was good. The value was great!! A great social experience!!! I highly recommend COM Dunwoody Grill Fusion for dates or business meetings.
- Pros: Atmosphere, Knowledgable Staff, and Parking
