I was pleasantly surprised with this establishement. I recently went with my family, so we were able to try lots of different dishes. The appetizers are very yummy!! The duck grape leaves and the short ribs were my favorite. I had the flat rice vermeccille for dinner - EXCELLENT!! I loved it and everyone said it was the best entree. The desserts were ok - nothing too exciting. They have a lot of stuff on the menu, so I will def. be back.
- Pros: tasty, good portions, good service
- Cons: so-so ambiance

Our party decided to stop by at the last minute after hearing about the restaurant in local magazines and being in the area. Our experience was much more than we had expected. The waiter will explain that they are known for their sauces which are made in-house. I didn't realize why that was so impressive until the dishes came out. The mango salad, roll your own spring rolls, and the rice and meat dish was all amazing. Try the lamb. It really is impressive.
- Pros: Flavorful food, more than fair prices, excellent service
- Cons: A bit of a drive from the city but well worth it

I stumbled upon this little Vietnamese restaurant and what a surprise! I love Asian food, especially Vietnamese and I have to say Com Dunwoody is the best Vietnamese food I ever had. The service was terrific. I had the Caramelized Salmon and the fish was just perfect. I noticed a little French twist in the cuisine, which made the food standout and be noticeable.
- Pros: delicious food and great service
- Cons: Not open on Sundays yet (boohhh)

I really hate to give this place a bad review because we loved grilled, healthy foods and especially places that aren't one of the big chains, but here I go. We never leave here with anything but a the feeling we just had appetizers instead of a meal. One of my girlfriends who barely eats had to order nachos when we went next door to the Dunwoody Tavern because she was starved.

Just OK

we went to this restaurant on Dec 23,2006 due to the high recommendation. It was quite a disappointment to say the least. The place was not easy to find even with the mapquest. We were seated promptly and the waiter brought the orders promptly. The food was too sweet -- including the meat dishes. I have eaten at many a Vietnamese restaurants across the country. This is the first restaurant to serve food so sweet. Our check was left on the table before we had time to finish our food. They had to take it back as we wanted to try their dessert.
Overall it was just "OK". I will think of other places before revisiting this place.
- Pros: Prompt seating, quick service
- Cons: So so food.
Taste really good!

Finally! A restaurant that has brought a great concept to Dunwoody. The best part about the place is the expansive menu selection. I'd recommend the Shaking Beef. And hands down, the best Asian restaurant in Dunwooody! A must try for the holidays, especially with friends and family...enjoy!
