Nice salon, but over-rated

I think this is a nice salon - friendly staff, never have to wait long. I've been slightly disappointed with my hair color though. I have read all the recommendations and I think this salon is good, but not as great as it's made out to be. I have noticed that my colorist does not place my highlights that close to the root. As a result, I have to go to the salon more frequently for touch-ups. The last time I had my hair highlighted here, I noticed that my roots were still showing in places. I was charged $100+ and it really didn't look like I had my hair done. I haven't had this happen at other salons. I was a little disappointed because of the hype. This is definitely not the best hair color I've ever had and I don't think I'll be returning to this salon.

I was not happy to read your words and wished that you would talk to us before leaving fresche. If your hair was previously hi-lighted and it was being touched up - there may still be old colour that you can't possibly get each time when you aren't colouring every hairstrand. Although we try desperately to do our best to please everyone - we know that's not humanly possible. Most the time anything can be resolved with just a little communication between client and stylist. We welcome the opportunity to talk to anyone who is unhappy with their service and would do whatever we could to make you happy. Again, I would love to speak with you about your hair and anyone at fresche would love the opportunity to win your trust and your loyalty.
