I started going to Pam at Haute Heads about a year ago and have been extremely pleased everytime! After years of not liking my hair, I walked out of there with a great new cut and sensational highlights. I love my hair now! I had an idea of the kind of cut I was looking for, so Pam took that idea and gave me a cut to fit my face and lifestyle. She also suggested great highlight colors to make my hair look its best! All of the staff there is great and several of them have worked together for many years. If you're looking for a new salon you should give Haute Heads a try!

Pros: Knowledgeable Staff, Parking, Ambience

Cons: Pricey (but worth it)

After having a bad experience at a well known salon in Buckhead, I needed someone to fix my hair! I turned to citisearch to find a salon that specialized in colour and found Haute Heads. From the initial call to make my appointment, I could tell Haute Heads was different. Warm, caring staff. Beautiful, comfortable environment. My stylist Andria took time to discuss what colours would work best with my skin tone and corrected my colour by giving me perfect highlights! She also gave me a terrific cut. Much shorter than I have let anyone cut it before and, I LOVE IT! Andria is FANTASTIC! In my 35 years I have never had such a positive experience at a salon. It is a great feeling to have your hair done and know it will look fabulous every time! Did I mention how fantastic Andria is?

Pros: Experienced, caring stylist.

Jestin started cutting my hair 20 years ago! My husband is in the Army (currently serving in Iraq) and I have lived in 8 different states. That includes 3 major cities. I have not found anyone as great as Jestin to cut my hair EVER! Every time I return to Atlanta to visit family I look Jestin up! He listens to what I want, makes recommendations and I leave looking and feeling like a supermodel every time (even though I am a mom of 2). The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They are flexible and accommodating. There is not another place like Haute Heads out there! Stop looking and make an appointment TODAY!!!!

Pros: Terrific Ambience!

Cons: Absolutely None!

I have been going to this crew since the 80's. They are worth following. Andria is the colorist with such talent and patience! She always gets this blonde back to her "roots!" Jestin got this group right when he established Haute Heads. Kathy is the best receptionist (besides me) I have ever met. She will keep you laughing. Getting back to Andria and her talent for color, you can not go wrong here. Simply the best Suwanee has to offer. Cms.

I visited Jestin Lamar's Haute Heads after having read over 40 good reviews of the salon on Citysearch. I was previously a Toni & Guy customer for years, but was really looking for a less pretentious salon where I would be treated with more personal attention, and where I could feel more comfortable, as I am not a fashion model, but a thirty-something mother of 3 who just wants to look her best while juggling a busy life. I was so impressed immediately by the warmth shown to me the moment I walked in the door-Kathy the receptionist is wonderful! So polite and helpful. Barbara cut my hair, and I must say she is a genius!! She actually listens to you and genuinely cares about pleasing the customer. I had quite long hair and wanted it cut much shorter-she consulted with me about what I wanted & then proceeded to give me the best haircut I have ever received! My hair is much more manageable now, and always looks great-I get a lot of compliments every day. The salon is upscale, but not pretentious in any way. Joe straightened my hair after Barbara cut it and he is also wonderful-very friendly, and seems to really care about doing the best job possible. I was very impressed with the look of the salon as well as the atmosphere-I finally found a first rate salon where my hair will receive the best of care while I am treated with the friendly personal attention I have never found at previous salons-I have visited Bob Steele, Toni and Guy, Hairbenders Intl. in Chattanooga, Salon Visage in Knoxville, but they all pale in comparison to Jestin's wonderful group of caring professionals!! I have found my salon and I have no reason to go anywhere else!

Pros: Friendly atmosphere; top notch service; wonderful staff!!

Cons: Absolutely none!!

I was looking for a new place closer to home to get my hair colored, I actually looked on this wesite and decided to try Haute Heads based on all of the great reviews.When I called to make my appointment the receptionist Cathy instantly made me so comfortable.She was so friendly and patient. I had about a million questions and she answered them all. Andrea did my cut and color and she is Great! She told me what colors would look good on me and why. No one has ever done that before. I loved it! The prices are a little high, but in the end I got exactly what I wanted.

Pros: knowledgable staff, no sales pressure

Cons: a little spendy

I have been having problems trying to find a salon to work with my premature gray hair, to let it come out naturally. Everyone wanted to cover it up or bleach it out. I had been making the drive to go to the top salons in Atlanta, like Key Lime Pie, but, after reading the reviews here decided to give Haute Heads a try. I asked for an appointment with the owner, but couldn't get it as soon as I needed. So, I took an appointment with a new stylist named Beth. I was worried that I had made the wrong decision...she wasn't listed on their website yet. Well, my worry was for nothing. She turned out to be the greatest!!! She blended my hair with highlights and low lights, and now everyone is asking me where I get my hair done! She has cut my hair twice now, in two different styles, both beautiful with cutting edge design. She really listens and talks to you about what "will and won't work" for your hair, face, etc. I've taken both of my kids to Beth for haircuts and they have been superb. So, don't be nervous about getting an appointment with the "new girl"....because she's the best!!!

Pros: Open on Mondays, Great Customer Service, A+++ Staff

Cons: wished they opened a little earlier instead of 11am

I just had my first visit to Haute Heads this past week, and I must say I was so excited about this experience! I was treated so well, and my stylist, Jennifer Vivian, is brilliant! My highlights are so beautiful, and look very natural. Compared to my previous stylists, she is extrememly talented and knowledgable. I give this salon and Jennifer a 10, and will be returning for many years to come. I get compliments daily and will be referring my friends. Thanks for making my hair beautiful!

Barbara is THE BEST!!!! She has been doing my color for over 15 years and I won't go to anyone else. I get so many compliments on my hair, from random people and that makes me feel good.... Kathy, at the front, always puts a smile on my face. The atmosphere in the salon is fresh, clean, friendly, and comfortable.

I travel from Marietta just to have Jestin style my hair and I wont go anywhere else. Cathy is always as pleasant as can be as is the whole staff as well. I work in Buckhead but won't trust anyone else but Haute Heads!

Pros: A stylist who talks to you about your previous cuts to ensure your pleased.
