The best pizza in Atlanta.

The only place I will go for pizza. For $20 I can feed 2 people & still have leftovers - nothing better than cold pizza in the morning! I stick with cheese, but I've tried the vegan & it's pretty tasty as well. If you're into salads try the spinach salad - very tasty!
- Pros: great pizza & salads

I live 1 mile from Village Pizza. Ordered delivery & a 45 minute order didn't show up after 1.5 hrs wait.
This place was horrible

I haven't been so disappointed by a restaurant in long time. After a seriously long day at work, my girlfriend and I decided to stop into Village Pizza for a quick bite on our way home. It's in the neighborhood and we'd been there before and enjoyed the food.
Upon entering, the DJ's loud and obnoxious renditions of Super Mario Brothers midis made it difficult to communicate with the girl behind the counter. After shouting my order to her and paying, we sat down and waited. and waited. and waited. 30 minutes later, I approached the counter and inquired how much longer our food was going to take. I was told it was coming out "right now" and returned to my table to wait. and wait. Fifteen minutes later, an employee came and dropped my companion's order and said "Yeah, sorry the service s ucks tonight, it's not our fault, I swear." and left. After another trip to the counter and another 10 minutes of waiting my food finally arrived, without the side salad I'd ordered. Another trip to the counter and a nonchalant apology from the girl behind the counter and we finally had everything we'd ordered nearly an hour after we'd arrived. Excited about my long-anticipated meal and ravenously hungry, I took a bite of my fettuccine alfredo with chicken and was rewarded with runny sauce, rubbery chicken and lots of big woody pieces of rosemary. YUM! Thank goodness for spices on the table. I considered giving the staff an opportunity to make things right, but at that point, the option of approaching any employee or waiting any more for something else seemed about as appealing as a trip through hell. So I ate around the chicken and stems and soaked up the runny sauce with the (thankfully tasty) garlic bread.
- Pros: Pizza
- Cons: Parking, music, service, everything else on the menu
Leave your mouth watering and the cheese hanging frm your mouth

I discovered the village pizza by accident it's right off of Boulevard and literally off the eaten path. It's a nice little spot to just chill and converse with friends over pizza. Parking is on the street so it's kinda of a tight fit so haul up your friends in the ol' volks and save some time parking. They also post amatuer art on a regular basis thats usually up for sale. It's a pretty diverse crowd that comes in but overall cheap eat for some good food and it's so much more than the pizza.
Best Pizza this side of New York
by katieanddustin at Citysearch
After eating real live New York style pizza in New York City, I thought that I would never like pizzeria pizza again. Then we went to Village Pizza. The pizza was amazing. My husband and I both had the Village Greek which was loaded with fresh ingredients. The slices were easily meal sized and then some. With fresh and organic ingredients, we expected to pay a lot. However, three slices and three cokes were only 15 dollars - a deal by any standards. I was a bit worried about the service at first when we sat for about 30 minutes before they realized that they had lost our order. However, they offered us some garlic bread and three coupons for free slices on a later date. So, despite the hour long wait before we got our food, we were pleased with their efforts to rectify it.
- Pros: food, atmosphere, inexpensive
- Cons: not much parking

I know pie and that's great pie...

This place is great. I've found a new favorite pizza place. Quality ingredients - for instance real large pieces of bacon. Great tasting sauce and excellent crust. The place has a very cool atmosphere situated in the heart of Cabbagetown with plenty of seating. My kids all loved it and that's really saying something as they can never all agree on one place... I can't wait to go back and try the Calzones and I'll take full advantage of the free delivery on a regualr basis. Try it, you'll like it...
- Pros: Food quality, Atmosphere, Inexpensive
- Cons: Parking

Village Pizza Co. is the new italian restaurant / pizzeria in Cabbagetown. It's a very cool-trendy place to hang out, the staff spins vinyl, eclectic mix of art. The food is consistently good, especially if you are vegan or veggie, 35 toppings to choose from! I love the huge eggplant parmesan sandwich with the greek salad. Awesome food, huge portions, great music, cool people, inexpensive, its redefining the neighborhood pizzeria. Highly recommend it! PS. they have Ben & Jerry's!!
- Pros: inexpensive, cool space
