Suburban nightspot draws a diverse crowd for a taste of city life with its highly entertaining concoction of diversions.

The Scene
This bar and high-energy club is a lure for suburbanites looking for gay-friendly entertainment. A centralized stage is surrounded by a clutch of lacquer-top tables and an ample bar while a second bar beckons at the entrance. For a break from the din, starlets meander into a poolroom to work their game and feed coins into a jukebox or onto a deck for outdoor gaming. Beaming bartenders sling lethally mixed cocktails to the throngs of men and women, young and old.

The Draw
For seasoned urbanites, Stage Door is an amusing diversion from Midtown mundane while residents from East Decatur and Tucker call the award-winning watering hole their second home. The menu offers standard selection of burgers and sandwiches with a few veggie options and appetizers. Nightly activities range from darts and Texas Hold 'Em tournaments to weekend drag shows, open mic recitals and kicking karaoke competitions.
