Thank You again, Neera for making it happen!

Neera helped me to get my H3 visa transfer from San Francisco to Atlanta and filed me for H1B as well, which will be effective from October 1st for 3 years. I work with her husband rigtht now, Vijay in the Hilton Atlanta Downtown, that is how I got to know Neera. I must tell you, they are an incredible couple in personal and professional life as well!

If I had any issue regarding anything in the United States, they would probably be the first to contact! This is really important, because I do not know too many people here as a fresh immigrant.

I worked with a popular lawyer in San Francisco, who initially helped me to get into the States. Although both him and Neera got the job done for me, I cannot compare their level of service! One huge difference between them is that Neera would update me on a regular basis regarding the status of the legal procedure even if there is not really any new information and she is available for questions and concerns most of the times. And last but not least, she would always tell you exactly what your chances are for a case.

I recommend Neera Bahl for immigration work

Great Immigration Attorney

I also liked that she has a specialization in immigration and she has a great deal of experience in that area. She was also very friendly. Best lawyer

We used Neera?s service few Months ago to get a visa for my wife.

We are both foreigners and Neera always had really good advices and found the best choice for us.

Great service! Great lawyer!

I worked very closely with Mrs. Bahl on my immigration case along with

my wife and child's immigration case a few months later. After

reading the other reviews on the site I am appalled as I had a very

great experience with Mrs. Bahl and her staff. She responded

immediately to any of my concerns and made sure that all my paperwork

was filed in a timely manner as well as kept me up-to-date on the

processes that were going on throughout my case. I would highly

recommend Mrs. Bahl to anyone who is in need of her services. You will

not regret it.

Avoid Neera

She required extra steps that are really not appreciated by CIS - such as including pictures when none are ever required for the processing. She made several errors that slowed down the completion of the paperwork. I would have been better off without her services.

• Pros: She wrote a cover letter, however, there were misqotes in it
• Cons: Errors, delays in filling paperwork, poor follow-up skills, too scatter brained

No added-value regarding immigration

If you need someone to help you with an immigration issue, do not hire Neera. She has no sense of urgency, cannot follow-through on requests, and does not provide any added value. Because of her lack of expertise, she delayed the filing of our petition because she requested passport pictures. After spending a week to obtain them from overseas, I found out that this petition does not even require the pictures and that the USCIS recommended not to include them with the application. She does not dot her i's and cross her t's which causes more administrative delays in completing the filing. She does not respond to email or phone calls once you have paid her your money. My experience with her was abysmal. I could have done better without her.
