i have attended classes since the studio opened and have taken advantage of the othe alternative healing services. i highly recommend this studio, i would be lost without sacred garden yoga.

Awesome yoga classes! Really quaint and knowledgeable instructor.

The studio space is so cute and has great energy! The classes are intimate but be prepared to get a good work out as well. I love that the classes also incorporate the mind, body, spirit connection so that it becomes more than just physical exercise. Highly recommend!
