Excellent Food and Prices
by luciamom at Citysearch
This is one of the best vegetarian places around! Delicious, Affordable, Excellent Service, and did I mention Delicious! I am the only non vegetarian in my family of four and was amazed at the taste of my Orange "Chicken". The fried eggplant was divine, and my son's Orang "beef" was tasty and spicy and the texture was very "beef like". Amazingly delicious food and great prices. This is a MUST TRY for anyone who has heard that vegetarian food is boring and bland! This type of food could even convert me to not eating meat!!
- Pros: Tasty vegetarian food at affordable prices.
- Cons: NONE
Great Food!

The food was absolutely great!!!! Being that I am a vegetarian, it's hard to find restaurants that cater to my lifestyle. The service was quick. Will return!!!
- Pros: Service, Food
- Cons: Parking
Amazing

I've been to Green Sprout twice now and have loved it both times. Everything on the menu is vegetarian and many things include some kind of mock meat (an amazing variety here - chicken, beef, shrimp, squid, salmon filet - hope I'm not forgetting anything). I'm a vegetarian, but both times I went I was with three omnivores who thoroughly enjoyed the food. I didn't think I'd get to eat General Tso's chicken again!
- Pros: Terrific vegetarian food
Best chinese restaurant I've ever been to.

The food was truly amazing, fresh, creative recipes with meat substitutes so you're not stuck eating 'tofu' like a lot of other places offer as a vegetarian option. The owner/management was SUPER friendly and patient when explaining and recommending dishes based on our tastes. I actually live 4 hrs away from this place in Charlotte, NC and this place was recommended by some friends. I visited the Green Sprout while staying with my sister in Atlanta, and cant wait til I'm down there again!
- Pros: Amazing menu, service, and freshness/taste
- Cons: We need one in Charlotte!
Best Vegetarian Spot in Town

I highly recommend GS. I have been going here regularly for about two years and have never been disappointed.. All of the dishes are good, but my favorite is the "beef" and veggies with tempura fried eggplant. The menu is completely vegetarian, but most dishes have mock meat. Eddie, the owner, remembers everyone and the service is fast. I think the thing that sets GS apart from other veg restaurants is the quality of the food. The veggies are extremely fresh and the "meat" is good even for carnivores.
- Pros: Great staff, Fresh, quality vegetarian food in a casual setting. Very large selection
- Cons: Parking can be tight
Great Vegan/Vegetarian Dishes!
by tracylee2009 at Citysearch
There are so few places that serve imitation meat to cater to vegan/vegetarian diners. This place was great! I tried a couple of the chicken dishes, and they were both good. The service was a bit slow, but once we got to order, the food came out quickly. The staff was very nice. It's a small cute place. Good for a casual date even though it's not listed as romantic. Parking was no problem.
- Pros: Parking no problem, good vegan/vegetarian food
- Cons: Service a bit slow
Vegetarian Chinese Done Right!
by leebirdbop at Citysearch
My husband and I just visited yesterday and were blown away at how delicious the food is (I'm vegan, he's vegetarian) and how excellent the service was. The seaweed tofu roll was the best appetizer we've ever had. We are definitely going to recommend this restaurant to everyone (even non-vegetarians!). They deliver (which is another plus - no more scanning menus looking for something we can both eat). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
- Pros: Service, Meal Options, Location
- Cons: NONE

Chinese vegetarian restaurant in Ansley Park offers healthy fare, lunch combos and chef's specials.
As they say, "good things are in small packages!"

This little restaurant, dwarfed by the presence of Ru San's upstairs, is not only delicious, but the service is bar none. We have yet to eat anything on the menu that was not exceptionally tasty and, of course, that's without the usual MSG found in most asian restaurants. Although we are not actually vegetarians, we keep going back and, once you've eaten there, so will you!
- Pros: Delicious, nutritious food.
- Cons: Small space, so can get crowded.
Best vegetarian in Atlanta

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food quality is beyond anything you will find for the money. Every meal is so tasty and well prepared. The soups are wonderful, the curry spring rolls and the stuffed eggplant and stuffed zucchini are soooo good!! All the main courses are great. The lo mein is best I have eaten anywhere. I have tried a lot of different meals on the menu and I have never been disappointed. a must for vegetarians and even our meat eating friends loved this restaurant!
- Pros: food quality, value, good service
