Not a fan
by stellagroovesup
I was not a huge fan of this place!!!! The rooms are nice but they should have a better feel for how much I spend.
- Pros: Nice but bad location and no local feel
- Cons: many
Great
by cb511
Really nice and clean a great place for a wedding, baby shower, party, anniversary. I really enjoyed my stay this is a very busy hotel though lots of traffic. If you don't mind the traffic the stay is well worth it.
- Pros: Great Staff
- Cons: Too busy on the weekends
Beautiful Rooms/Sketchy Customer Service
by Folsom
Rooms are fabulous - affordable luxury!
Customer service was poor - fair.
Check-in was extremely lengthy and staff were unapologetic.
I was charged for mysterious Bar bills. When I went to check-out and challenge the charges, the staff member left the counter to "check on the bill" and when he returned he stated, "I will remove the charges for now..." seemingly accusing me of the bar tab - yet he was unable to produce a signed receipt.
As repeat visitors to this hotel, my husband and I are uncertain we will try this location again.
- Pros: comfortable stay
- Cons: customer service lacking
What a fun place for a weekend retreat
by SmithyGal
The ICH of Buckhead is a fun place to spend a weekend in town. The rooms are clean and well-furnished and the service is impeccable. I've sent out of town guests there and all have been pleased. There is a jazz band in the lobby bar at times which adds to the easy-going ambiance.
5 Star Hotel with 5 Star Prices
by tomk42
The Intercontinental is probably the best hotel in Atlanta (and I've stayed in many). The staff can be stuffy and you still get that corporate Holiday Inn feel sometimes, but overall I would recommend this hotel
- Pros: Overall Hotel Experience
- Cons: Prices
Great customer service

Thanks to this site we chose the Intercontinental and couldn't have been more pleased! Yes, the rooms are quite small but every inch is packed with luxury.
First Class Customer Service
by kappa32
This is a first class hotel. The rooms are spacious with the most comfortable beds. The staff is superior with assistanace to and from rooms from check-in to check-out. The food from room service tastes wonderful and is hot upon delivery. The amenities are superb. Hot tubs are amongst the best in Atlanta. This is a must stay for luxury hotel lovers. Perfect for and romantic getaway or a busniess stay.
- Pros: Ambience
- Cons: Parking
This new hotel is best luxury under $300/night
by ma_the_meatloaf
This new hotel is best luxury under $300/night. Aside from the Ritz, Four Seasons crowd, this the bes luxury in Atlanta. Rooms are super. Late night dining is best in ATL and jazz trio at sidewalk bar is awesome.
