Piece of metal found in sandwich!

This place is plain awful! I recently ate lunch there (work in the building) and ordered a steak and cheese sandwich. The cheese was not melted and the sandwich appeared unappetizing. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she was rather indifferent about it. I proceeded to eat my sandwich. About four bites later, I felt something weird in my mouth. I pulled it out and it was a metal piece of wire, which looked like a piece of a scouring pad. The waitress asked me if I wanted to order another one. I told her to just refund my money. She still charged me for a cranberry juice that I had only half-drunk until my dining companion told her to remove it from the bill. The manager never came over to apologize. When I confronted her about not even checking to see if I was ok and pointed out that I was 7 month’s pregnant, she still showed little interest and offered no concession or interest in whether or not I returned. All she could say is they were “short-staffed” Not my problem. I will never eat there again and would not recommend that you do either.

Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Great Service

I go there for lunch at least once or twice a week. They have a great selection of food, the prices are really good and the service is great. No matter how busy it gets at lunch, the waitresses never miss a beat. I love this place!

Friendly bar and grill where neighborhood folks and an after-work crowd nosh burgers and sip brews.
