I am a male who went to have his butt waxed. I knew this would be an unusual request but the manager Teresa kept in touch with me via email, we even made the appointment via email. I will say that I was a little apprehensive about having my butt waxed down to and including the crack.The staff was very nice to me and the lady who waxed me was friendly, pleasnt and didn't seem to have a problem with me getting waxed in the buttocks area. I ended up getting my back waxed while I was there. I barely felt any pain and the technician kept talking to me to make sure that I was all right and not feeling any thing different or that I was experiencing pain. I will return to Agape Spa for additional services, if not for butt waxing. I left the spa feeing good and clean about myself, thanks to the staff at Agape.

Pros: ambiance, convenient to my home, service and friendliness of the staff.

Cons: I did have to go back for the girl to get further down in my butt-crack she and the manager made me feel good and that I wasn't acting stupid for putting in this request.

I have gone to spa's for massage but never skin care. The staff was well educated and knew what I needed. I felt like I was important and that I received top of the line care. I am a male who never really took care of my skin in the past, but now I am more aware of what I need to do to stay young looking. Thank you Agape for making me feel relaxed and comfortable. I have never had a better experience than at Agape.

Pros: Great staff! Great products!

Cons: Off the beaten path, but well worth finding.

I would highly recommend this spa for laser hair removal. They use an alexandrite laser which is much better and more permanent than the IPL units that many spas use. They were very friendly, answered all my questions, and put together a custom package at a great price to suit my needs. I did my first treatment today so I'm not sure about the results yet but if the results are as good as their service I know I will be very happy!

Pros: Great atmosphere and wonderful helpful staff

Cons: Laser hair removal isn't cheap but they will help you put together a package that will work for you.

I went in for some microdermabrasion and a facial... then I came back for a facial ultrasound. The place was great! The service was fantastic, their hours can't be beat, and the prices are very reasonable. I wanted to see if anyone would notice anything, so I didn't tell anyone that I went at first... I have had one compliment after another on my skin ever since! I highly recommend them to anyone, and I will even be buying gift certificates for all of the mothers in our family (including me) for Mother's Day!

Pros: Friendly staff, great hours, great prices

Cons: If only I had enough money to go as often as I would like!

Yes, I also was not pleased at all with this place. $1,500.00 and hundreds of shots later, I didn't see one bit of change on the areas that were treated with Mesotheraphy. Of course when I called they said that I must not have followed the after treatment instructions ( Drink plenty of water). It was a chalk up to a job not worth $5.00. Don't bother going.

Pros: Atmosphere OK

Cons: Apparently didn't know what they were doing. Over Priced.

Buyer's beware. Stay clear of this spa. I gave them a fair chance. I went for 3 treatments in 3 months time. The 1st laser hair removal treatment was performed by Tina and it was very good. I was happy with the results. The 2nd treatment, performed by Teresa. This session was extremely short in comparison to the 1st but I didn't think anything of it at this time. I had hair growth the very next day! Again, didn't think anything of it because I remembered them telling me that at times it will seem like the hair is still growing but it is just pushing itself out of the folicle. I had to shave, my face (i am a female), every day and after 3 weeks I called them to request Tina be the only one to perform my treatments. They told me that is no problem at all and I scheduled my next appointment with Tina. I went in for the 3rd treatment. I am told my appointment is with Dr Paul. I think ok, that is not Tina but was satisfied atleast it was the doctor. So I wait and wait and wait and Teresa comes out and says ok, you're with me, the doctor is too busy. I am in shock, complete shock as I follow her to the laser room. I am a reasonable person so I think, ok, one more chance. She took more time and care this treatment and I was pretty satisfied with that. The next day I had hair growth, again. I call them after the 4th day of hair growth and spoke with Teresa who tells me "well, we'll have to let the doctor look at you and see what the problem is." I called the day of that appointment and spoke with the doctor who tried to tell me that my hair growth was normal. I talked with him for awhile and finally just gave up and told him I would not be back and would never recommend anyone to come to their spa. And two weeks later to this day I have had daily hair growth which I have shaved on a daily basis from my face. I gave them $900 for treatments and still have the same amount of hair growth as the first day. Don't waste your time and money going to this spa.

Pros: they are nice

Cons: poor results, poor customer service, inconvient location
