Select Luxury Cars

I drove 8 hours round trip to buy a car that I found online at Select Luxury Cars in Marietta after firming up the deal over the phone. When I arrived the salesman informed me that the car have a bad air conditioner compressor and they would replace the a/c compressor if I liked the car. I drove it around the block trying to ignore the loud a/c compressor and told the saleman I would still buy it anyway. I already had a cashiers check, so I gave it to them and signed the papers. Select Luxury Cars was to bring the car to me after the a/c repair on a truck. When the car arrived I cranked it up to go for a drive and still heard the noise! I emailed the dealership to get a copy of the reciept, so I could take it to a local dealer and have the repair looked at. I was'nt worried at this point, but when it took more that 2 weeks of phone calls to get the remainder of the paperwork and the receipt, I began to worry. The reciept they sent me was for a check engine light and the work was done at a good old boy shop! I called the saleman to see what they were going to do , based on I had a legal and binding document they gave me stating they would fix the air conditioner compressor before they brought the car tome. He said take it and have it looked at. I took it to 2 repair centers and both told me that the car needed a new a/c compressor and the one on it had not been replaced. So 2 more weeks of calls and Select Luxury Cars keep putting me off. I filed a compaint with the BBBand Select luxury Cars blew them off too! Select Luxury Cars owner Robbie Ashcar finally called me after 70 days , and didnt defend that they did not replace the a/c compressor, but told me that I could bring it back to Atlanta and they would "look at it"??????? or he would see me in court. All this over something small that should have been done before the car was brought to me!

Select Luxury Cars is a first class dealership. I have never been able to say about another dealership, that my entire experience was memorable and completely positive, but at select luxury cars I was welcomed and treated with respect and professionalism. All the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Finance was prearranged and a breeze. Car was an absolute dream and looked better in person then on any of the 30 plus photos. I felt as though I was a priority guest and not just another car being rotated off the lot. I highly recommend Select Luxury to ALL. They are a great organization and a fabulous group of people. They definately know their stuff and have it down to a T.

The service was outstanding, I felt like they genuinely cared and I wasn't just a money making opportunity. I really felt like they were on my side through the entire process. We worked out financing based on what worked best for me and I was given excellent advice and knowledge about comparing vehicles. I was able to bring in my own inspector and thoroughly inspect my new car. I feel very confident about my purchase and love my car. I got everything that a new car dealership would have provided me with at a very reasonable price. Definitely go to Select Luxury before any other.

Select Luxury Cars is a great place to purchase a pre owned luxury automobile. The staff are all very nice and once a price was agreed upon I was out of there in no time with my new pre owned BMW, it was great. I went to other big name dealership and didn't receive service or the willingness to negotiate. If you are looking for a reputable dealership without the big name price and hype you have to check out Select Luxury Cars.

My husband and I drove to Atlanta, GA 6hrs away to see a car that we had our salesperson locate for us. We were sent pictures of the vehicle and given an in-depth description. However, we still wanted to see and drive it before we put money down to purchase the car. When we arrived, we felt very comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. The show room was lovely and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Once we settled and relaxed from the long drive, we took a look at our soon to be new Mercedes. The car was just as described and looked more astonishing in person then in the photos. It drove magnificently and was impecable. Everything from start to finish was a perfect 10. I highly recommend Select to anyone who is looking for a Luxury Car at a unbelievable value.

I saw the car that I had been looking for online, and I called to make an appt to drive. The staff was very courtious and very informative. I left with a great car at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and will do business again. Thanks guys!
